Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to go for Petroleum Engineering only and so found this curriculum the best. Whatever we learn has great importance during internship and placement interviews. Course teaches a student everything from basic scratch and make him/her the best in knowledge in the field.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 240000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

ONGC, Shell, Haliburton, Essar,etc come for internships. Role goven are completely technical and core. Some companies give stipend while some don't. Halliburton gives 20K per month, Essar gives 6K per month while ONGC doesn't give stipend.

Placement Experience :

Students can sit in placement interviews from 7th semester. Talking about this year's placement in Petroleum, Highest package till now is 25 lpa and average is 7 lpa. Companies like Baker Hughes, Quest Global, Haliburton, Shell, LnT, Weatherford, EY, etc have come and have taken students. Many more companies have come for placements and have taken students. I have got my placement in Quest Global and so I am happy.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Usually the fees dont increase for your particular course. Your juniors might see hike in fees but your fees will be the same as it was during admission. 2.4 lacs is the fees for 1 year which includes 2 semesters. This 2.4 includes everything. During 1st semester, everyone has to pay 13K as security deposit which is refundable. Scholarship is available for merit students from 2nd year. Stay in top 5 of your class and you get Scholarship.

Campus Life :

Tesseract is our annual technical fest and Flare is our annual non technical fest and Energy Cup is our annual Sports fest. There are 21 non technical clubs and various technical clubs, all to boost student's skills.

Hostel Facilities :

We get bed, mattress, bedsheet, pillow and cover, table, chair, lamp, fan, ac, wifi, cupboard. Meal is better than other hostels but if you are outside of gujarat then you might not like the menu on some days. Hostel registration is done online where entire payment is to be pay together to avail room for 1 year.

Hostel Fee : INR 139000 per year

Admission :

Admission process is very simple. I gave JEE and got admission on JEE basis. Form was available online which I registered by paying the form fees. College makes a ranking lost of all applied students and grants them course based on their preference and score.

Faculty :

Every faculty teaches 65 students at a time. Students can meet faculties anytime after class to talk both personal and professional. They teach topics which are necessary for the job. They also show videos wherevwr necessary or take us to lab if anything isnreally important to know and learn.

In college placement are definitely good. Students are able to sit in placement after 6th sem. Companies visit in college are tcs, infosys, l&t etc. And avg. Salary per month is 25000. The placement are decent.

An Honest Review of IITRAM, Ahmedabad

Placement Experience:

As of last year, most of the students who applied for campus placement got placed but with an average ctc of rs 5 lakh/annum. The companies visited include Adani Port, Adani gas, Torrent Power, and other companies. The highest package was rs 15 lakh. Generally, most students from here prepare for entrances like a gate, toefl, cat, etc for admission in masters.
