Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum do try to amalgamate all the aspects of petroleum engineering but it is of no use if most of the students are not getting placed in core sector, then this knowledge is just waste of time.

Class Size : 160Course Fees : INR 1000000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Very limited paid internships are there and most internships are unpaid also all the internships are allotted based on the marks in examination. No interviews nothing at all, just marks and class rank decides your internship.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are provided to to 6/7 students in every batch based on the CPI of first semester. Other than that some state government scholarships for sc/st is also there. For a normal person without scholarship total amount will be about 15 lakhs

Campus Life :

Lots of clubs and committee are there most students spend more time in the clubs then in classrooms. Three fests happens around the year, one for sports, one technical and one cultural. Other than this small events keep on happening round the year

Hostel Facilities :

You can't expect a better hostel than this, attached washrooms regular cleaning decent mess food. Gullible wardens decent amenities, common fridge microwave and appliances ample parking space for two and four wheelers

Hostel Fee : INR 500000 per year

Admission :

Two way to enter JEE Mains, the normal cutoff is 50/60k rank and for management quota no limit Gujcet, cutoff is 5/6k rank and same for the management quota However this cutoff went way low in recent years

Faculty :

Most of the faculties there are those who completed there PHD from the campus itself and some are even ongoing PHDs there and started teaching some courses. Most of them just read through the PPT and expect that we will somehow know everything in the exams

In college placement are definitely good. Students are able to sit in placement after 6th sem. Companies visit in college are tcs, infosys, l&t etc. And avg. Salary per month is 25000. The placement are decent.

An Honest Review of IITRAM, Ahmedabad

Placement Experience:

As of last year, most of the students who applied for campus placement got placed but with an average ctc of rs 5 lakh/annum. The companies visited include Adani Port, Adani gas, Torrent Power, and other companies. The highest package was rs 15 lakh. Generally, most students from here prepare for entrances like a gate, toefl, cat, etc for admission in masters.
