Course Curriculum Overview :
A sem wouldnt go as long as 6 months it will be merly of 4 months in whoch u have to write exams two times which I think is knida hectic for me. Seats should be limited in cources like btech which is on boom at present. more companies should come for placement as most of the students are getting placed in companoes like tcs,vipro on 3.2 lpa which is not a good thing... All the classes have projecter but maximum teacher dont use it
Internships Opportunities :
Innternship quality is also not of the benchmark it is ok ok. there are not much oppurtuinites for you to get internship from the college, but if you are a bright student then for sure you can but as an average student it will be hard for you to get internship from the college
Placement Experience :
Students can get their placements from 4th year but their are many companies like microsoft which comes here with their internship programes from 4th semester onwards If you are capable to get that imternship it would serve as cherry on cake. Highest package in the history of Geu was of 90 lakhs. But many student got package above 30 lakhs tooo.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No doubt fees is too much like you have to pay around 4 lakhs per year for btech. And overall your whole btech would cost you round about fot 25 to 30 lakhs which is quite expensive. But there are many types of scholarships to like for single girl child, 12th basis, jee basis, and if you are local of Uttrakhand u get more compensation.
Campus Life :
As a private University fest are like daily routine grafest, student grafest, many more events takes place here in a gap of month or two. Library is also nice you will get whatever book you want. Sports are on an average level. College is not recognized as a sports hub or something. But thats ok u can play whatever sport u want to play here.
Hostel Facilities :
There are many types of room u can take ac, non ac, single bed, double bed, triple bed rates also differ with it. But overall hostels are good mess food is also not that bad. Only issue is wifi as wifi doesnt catch range.
Admission :
Eligibilty criteria changes every year but if you want to take admission in Graphic era make sure u have mimimum 75 percent in your 12th board. U can get their registration papers online on their website or you can go to their nearest outlet too.
Faculty :
Faculty ratio on an average in every class is 1:70 which is i think normal teachers are good educated few are not that good but most of them are. They are supportive for co ciricular activities too. They are always ready to help you out. U can reach them whenever u want.....
