Course Curriculum Overview :
This is the MSVE 2016 curriculum and will lead you to become a veterinary doctor You can be an excellent veterinary practitioner No improvement required 3 internal exams in a year with 2.5 months of gap each..and at last an annual exam conducted by the University and the papers are quite different
Internships Opportunities :
12 month compulsory internship is there after completion of your 4 th year and internship stipend of Rs 11000 is provided per student per month Students are rotated on different intership centres like clinics,farms,zoo,FSL,ivbp
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees hike is on an average 10% per year..but not increasing every year Almost 3 lakhs are required for open catagory student to complete course Rajashri Chatrapati shahu Maharaj dhidhyawruti yogna..reduces tution fees to almost half and panjabrao Deshmukh vastigrih yogna Various companies are generally called in college campus and they give their complete presentation before outgoing batch..these companies are generally pharmaceutical companies and then students choose what they have to do
Campus Life :
Freshers party is generally held in September, annual gathering generally in December Sufficient number of books are available in library and easily accessible to students Classrooms are four in number with each equipped with digital projector and benches and fans Sports events are arranged yearly in college and nss is involved in extracurricular activities
Hostel Facilities :
2 students in a single room and room is equipped with fan, 2 tube light, 2 cupboards,2 beds Meal quality is excellent and menu is generally chapati,one subji and dak-bhat with panner on each Sunday and chicken too on Sunday After addmission in college; u can apply for hostel accomodation through hostel warden And hostel is affordable
Admission :
PCB in 12 th is necessary with minimum 55% On mafsu.ac.in website interested can get complete addmission process links 85% seats are reserved for Maharashtra candidates and 15% for other states candidates by vci addmission process 4 exams in each year with 3 internals and 1 annual exam of University No improvement required in addmission process
Faculty :
1:30 is the ratio of faculty: students on an average..this staff is sufficient to teach the batch of 64 students/yr Almost faculty have PhD and they all are excellent in their subjects and mentorship differs from mentor to mentor Interaction with teachers is very easy and friendly..any students can easily approach to teacher even to associate dean also
