Likes
- The things which i liked in Anits are the good circulumn they teach to the students, as it is updated frequently. The college has great infrastructure and a good amount of trees to keep the campus fresh
- The faculty are very supportive and teach very good with modern teaching aids and make learning simple
Dislikes
- Things I disliked are the timings of the college as I come from a far away place it gets difficult for me to reach home early and I get less time at home for myself
- I haven't seen a lot of encouragement in the sports from the college and they generally don't provide time for it
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our btech circulumn is highly relevant and comprehensive, covering foundational and advanced engineering topics. The inclusion of new subjects like ai, data science influenced my decision to enroll . It prepares is for real world applications and further academic pursuits through hands on projects and industry internships. However more practical lab sessions and updated teaching methods could enhance learning. Exams are frequent and well timed with moderate difficulty
Internships Opportunities :
A lot of companies which are affiliated by aicte offered roles as internship. They provide a great opportunity to grow as a student and learn a lot of new skills and gives a hands on experience on how the project is completed
Placement Experience :
From the 6th semester the students are eligible for the campus recruitment drives and a lot of companies visited our college like amazon, Infosys, whipro etc. Many new startups have also approached our college for placements. The highest package of our college is 44 lakhs per annum offered by Amazon. The average package per company is around 6 lakhs per annum. Our college provides placements to 95% of the students and it is a very good stat. My plans after getting the degree is , if I get a placement with good package i might join it, otherwise I'll look for higher education and prepare for gate exam
Fees and Financial Aid :
The fees should be paid in either one or 2 halves. The tution fee is quite high and the complete cost for the education is nearly 6 lakhs for the 4 years and that doesn't include my bus fees which is around 45 thousand per year. I am eligible for a scholarship called JVD and it reimburses my tution fee
Campus Life :
Every year our college conducts a national wide tech fest which is organised for 3 days with the cultural night being on the last date. It is generally held in the spring around the first week of the March. There are wide range of books and new updated books are available in the library. the college is well equipped with a digital library to learn online and acquire new skills through it. Every class in the college is equipped with a projector for a better teaching experience. College offers various extra curricular activities and I'm a part of the college basketball team. The basketball court is well maintained and it helps me grow in my game and learn a lot of things. The college encourages sports and various different extra curricular activities.
Admission :
I was eligible for the course as I have secured a rank of 4000 in the entrance exam called eamcet. I have opted for counseling and have secured a seat in the ai&ml department. I avail the obc reservation. The exams are held frequently and are moderately difficult The admission process could be more quick and efficient
Faculty :
At our BTech college, the low faculty-to-student ratio ensures personalized attention, enhancing our grasp of complex subjects through interactive learning. Our professors hold advanced degrees and bring significant industry experience, blending theory with practical insights. They are actively involved in research, providing us with hands-on opportunities. Frequent office hours and their approachable nature ensure we get the support we need.
