Course Curriculum Overview :
I loved talking right from when I was a child . So after 10th I thought of choosing something apart from MBBS and Engineering for my career. That is how I ended up in Journalism. The curriculum is like 40% practical and 60% theory which gives us exposure on how to be in the real world.
Placement Experience :
6th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. There are n number of offers and companies that visited our college regarding placement. If you clear all the exams you are eligible for placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first year fee was around 50 K, second year around 30K and third year around 27k. There are many scholarships available but I didn't access to any. There are campus placements which pays about 15k a month.
Campus Life :
There are n number of club and sahaya activities apart from academics. Sports, and other cultural activities are given full support in the college. There are lot of programmes happening in and around the college on a daily basis. Students also do side business in college.
Admission :
Eligibility of the course is 12th pass with 50% marks. Application form is available in the college website. I don't know about the reservation benefits. Exams are quite simple nd it's not that difficult. I had online admission process.
Faculty :
Faculty members are well qualified. Most of the faculty are PhD holders. Their mentorship is excellent. We can interact with them whenever we want to. They're very friendly and very approachable too. I enjoyed learning here.
