Happening campus live. DTU is know for its campus life you will net be bored while in campus there is always some sort of fest going on in the colllege.
Excellent coding culture, the coding culture here is amazing you have enough seniors to interact with and ask your doubts.

Location of the college although it is in delhi but in outskirts area of samaypur badli.
Hostels are below average and the management is lazy.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum in not at all up to date. You need to put efforts yourself to really make a difference majority of students here study from you tube or books to prepare for placements. No one depends on college curriculum. The teaching methods of the faculty members is upto the mark.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internships are provided by the college all the big companies like google microsoft uber have visited the campus but to grab that oppurtunity you need to be outstanding as only few students are selected in internships. Firstly you should have atleast 9+ cgpa if you are male . Females can have 8+ cgpa, Secondlty you need to be good in dsa and web dev skills Then you have an interview where you need to show case you personality and web dev skills to grab the offer.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for placements from after the 4th semester itself. But mostly companies prefer students from after 6th semester. The placements were quite good till last year from this year due to recession the placements are not that great in CSE we had only 55% placement with an averga of 14lpa.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is a hike of 10% in fees evey year the fees which i submit each year is approximately 2.5lacs + 60k for hostel So the complete Btech will be around 12-15lac. Although there are various scholarships the one which i was got was Neena Nangai Scholarship. There also great oppurtuinity of in campus internships namely USIP where hundreds of students get internship each year,

Campus Life :

The campus life is amazin the best you can ever get anywhere, even if you are an intovert you will be socialising like crazy here this college wont allow you to be introvert we have a society for literally anyhting you can think of ranging from dance music to mars rover and underwater vehicles.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostels are just average bare minimum to survive. Just like typical bollywood movies you will have a single double or triple sharing room whatever you are allocated . Genrally 1st year students are alotted Aryabhatta Hostel which has triple sharing rooms, from second year you have option for whatever room you want . The rooms just have a fan a bed an almirah and a table. Although if you want to live in a better place you can opt for pg near the college there are huge number options avalaible.

Hostel Fee : INR 65000 per year

Admission :

For admission you need to take JEE Mains examination which is held in 2 sessions the best of two sessions is considered for admission. You need to fill the JAC counselling for this college which is seperate from josaa. You can check the cutoff for various categories on CollegeDunia . If you have obc reservation you can have admission in CSE in 14K rank. After you are alotted the college you are called for document verification.

Faculty :

The faculty members are amazing although there is enough faculty but in some departments due to excessive student intake in recent years the faculty-to-student ratio has gone down dramatically. Although they are actively Faculty in CSE department.

Explore as much as you can in your college life.

Placement Experience:

Placements at DTU are good, even in core branches, but students must have the necessary skills. At DTU, over 300 companies visit, offering decent packages. The highest packages can reach crores (of course, these are international packages). Some students also prefer to pursue master's degrees or MBAs after their degree. From the third year, students are eligible for on-campus internship opportunities, and in the fourth year, they are eligible for placements. It is definitely beneficial, but you must have skills and knowledge of your subjects. Strong communication skills are also essential.

I wanted to learn coding and that's why i chose btech in computer science at igdtuw. the curriculum is not designed from the perspective of preparing you for real-world application, instead it solely depends on what should be taught at a university based on the branch. the area of improvement could be removing the unrelated subjects in the first year of engineering because no one actually learns anything from that and instead, there should be related subjects. exams are held twice a semester, making it four times a year

Delhi's second IIT, DTU

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in 6th semester . Many big companies visit the college and there are very big offers each year and even offers upto 1.5cr have been made . The average package for CSE is 18 lpa and almost all CSE students that opt for placement get placed . My plan is to pursue higher education after degree.

Placement Experience:

The college is known for its placements, it has great placement opportunities. The companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, Uber, Walmart, Wipro, and many more visits the college for placements and offers more than 30 lacks package. The highest package offered to a student was 59. 45 lacks in the year 2021 and the average salary package was 19.15 lacks , the highest package was Google. The college provides internship opportunities as well and it gets started from the beginning of 3 Rd year of students, students in their 2 nd year also got internship opportunities. so almost all students get placed and if someone still does not get any placement so they have the opportunity to do higher study in Mtech. The college provides higher study options to students, this includes Mtech and Ph.D. courses and many more. So you can go to this college.

DTU might be better

Placement Experience:

From the end of the 4th sem and starting of the 5th sem students can get internships easily they are eligible for placement just after the 3rd year many students get placement in the same companies they are interning in. Many companies visit the campus to take interviews n every year and give many offers to the students. The last highest offer was around 1.2 crores Nd average is around 25-30lakhs. College claims 100% of students get placed but the reality is actually around 90% get placement actually others. My plans after getting the degree will be to become the richest person in my family then in the world.

NSUT-Rising and improving everyday

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. Major companies include Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Swiggy, Sprinkler, Blackstone etc. A few years back,8 students from NSUT got a staggering package of 1.25 Crore from Google. The average package for tech branches is around 17-18 lakhs per annum. In tech branches, it has a humbling record of 100 percent placements approximately. As of now, I'll like to do my master from abroad after completing BTech from NSUT
