Course Curriculum Overview :

Very good but most of them are not spoonfed and a person has to study everything and survive on its own, it is very tricky and hard curriculum but also there are a lot of assignments and projects overall average only.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are very nice. From Air India to TCS they give very exceptional opportunities and good internship outcomes around. They also encourage students to get into internship and are very encouraging.

Placement Experience :

It's average. The placement cell has done comprehensive strategies and very good. ALL THE BEST COMPANIES HAVE VISITED THERE FROM AMAZON to Infosys, but the students are given less exposure to the working entrepreneur world.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee is of three types merit management and NRI, for merit the fee is very less, for management its around 25k-50k and NRI is close to 1 lakh. Overall even the middle aged people can study very affordably in the college and scholarship is accepted as there are many people who came in with scholarship.

Campus Life :

Very good experience We can learn life from the college and SCT has the best clubs and student portals and has an exceptional sports and extracurricular activities and boasts one of the best campuses and the best minds all around the state.

Admission :

We took KEAM for admission and the admission exam compared to jee was easy and if you study hard its enough to get into the college which is #2 in Trivandrum and the top 4 in kerala, it also has the best cultural fest in South India.

Faculty :

Faculties are very good, very friendly, very qualified even though some of them are very old and very nosy they are average but they don't put internals very freely and a major problem is to get more marks with less internals.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
