  • The attendance policy can be liberal and be relaxed as was in the past years.
  • Limited research opportunities for undergrads

Course Curriculum Overview :

College is really good but the curriculum needs to be changed. I feel the old and non relevant course still exist in our curriculum. The SEC and VAC classes newly introduced. The course should have been more inclined towards AI, Programming and other tools that may help us in corporates as well.

Internships Opportunities :

The Internship opportunity is great in my college we have roles in finance, consulting, marketing or business development roles. The internships provided are for summer and there many students who get to work with big multi national companies.

Placement Experience :

We have our placement drive starting from semester 4 till semester 6. The average package stands to be 10 lpa and 500+ offers received as per 2023 placements we have around 100% placements. My plan is to pursue further studies so planning to give CAT.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees is 30000 per year and scholarsips are do available like mitsubishi scholarships and many others which provide upto 100% scholarships. No opportunity for campus employment is available in our college.

Campus Life :

Overall experience is good in terms of social aspects I have a part of many society each society/club has its own fest so it is an amazing experience to organise an event it gives you a lot of exposure. Our library is really good it has a wide range of books and journals available. All the class rooms are well equiped with all the smart boards and the college has a big sports complex where you can enjoy playing basketball or badminton.

Admission :

Admission process for me was a bit clumsy. It was the first year for conduction of CUET so went through a very delayed process. The eligibility was you have to compete in CUET for that you have to give exam in the subjects you had in intermediate. Apllication fees was around 2000 and My exam dates were on August. Now it has been improved it is conducted every year in the month of may and june.

Faculty :

So SRCC is also Known for having the largest faculty for commerce and Economics in entire country. Most of the faculty are PHD or PG in terms of qualification they teach via PPTs and follow as much as interactive learning possible.Students also benefit from approaching teachers outside of class for additional help.

Other Applied Colleges

Hansraj College - [HRC] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}

SRCC holds brand value and good records in the field of commerce. Also Hansraj provides many science courses whereas SRCC is exclusive for commerce and economics.
