Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose diploma in electrical engineering because I love this department from childhood and it's my Target and ain to be an successful electrical engineer . Electrical engineering is not so easy but I love it

Internships Opportunities :

Internship facilities are too much well and good . i have done my 1st internship in maithon tata power which is one of my achievements in my life and it's possible only for my college Dr BC Roy polytechnic

Placement Experience :

About placements history our college on top position in Asansol to Durgapur area . 20-22 companies came at our college campus till now and I'm a 6th semester student and our Training and placement cell office are very helpful and friendly

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes , our fee structure is too expensive like my department is Diploma in electrical engineering and the other fees is like cultural fest and tech fest and much more cultural activities are pocket friendly..

Campus Life :

My experience is great. I miss all my friends after passing out from this institute and in my life history De bc Roy polytechnic is best college of mine . I am proud of my College and proud of mates for their best performance and capabilities

Admission :

Our admission process are very good. Firstly our secondary examination result are seen by college faculty then addmission prospectus given my them to our parents and finally when addmission fees paid by parents addmission will be succed

Faculty :

Faculty members are too good and their behaviour too good , most.their punctuality attracts me and their helping hands are awesome mostly my favourite faculty members is Sachin sir . Actually sir helps me I every way of my study life .

In the final semester you're eligible for campus placement. Tcs, cognizant google amazon come to our college and they offered a lot of offers. The highest details got by a b tech in cse student in amazon at 9 lpa. 80 percent students got placed from college. My plan to go abroad for m tech.

"Unveiling Techno India University: A student's perspective"

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Diploma in Computer science and engineering. From a small agr as I always wanted to study Engineering so it encouraged me to choose this course. At first I wanted to study B.Tech in CSE but class 12 percentage wasn't enough for it so I decided to study Diploma in CSE and after that later I'll study B.Tech. Diploma is also a very good course to study on, it is the pathway to study B. Tech later. The course includes the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Computer and Mechanics as well as Basic Electrical and Electronics engineering subjects which prepares for our day to day world if we study then properly. In each semester we have 3 internal exams and lab exams for each subject and at the end we have the End Semester Exam(ESA). The Internal exams are quite easy and everyone scores good in that exam but the ESA is quite tough and students have a hard time scoring good in the subjects in ESA. But if we study hard then we can easily score good in the ESA also.

Placement Experience:

Placements are below average. Since 3-4 companies only arrived at our college and average package was 2-3 lakhs per annum. I got placed in a startup company "Underscore Technology Private Limited", who was providing 16-18k per month for Front end developer role. But due to higher studies, I declined the offer.

After 4th semester, companies will be coming to our campus for job opportunities, There will be 5 to 6 companies coming each year at least... They will take written tests also interviews before selection... The highest package after doing an internship for 1.5 years a student can get 12-13lpa. The company which offers this facility is called "Thoughtworks". 40-50% of students will be getting placements. Depending on their knowledge and quality. Though I plan to do BTec after this.
