The best thing about mechanical Engineering is very less number of students
Infrastructure is good and hands on experience facilities available

You have to leave academic campus after 6pm if you don’t have class , you can’t Rome with your friends after 6
Hostel in timings is 8:30PM , you can’t go outside your hostel after 8:30

Course Curriculum Overview :

There would be mid-term exams and final term-end exams in each semester. Specifically talking about mechanical engineering there are different Baja Buggy student teams, they will provide you with hands-on experience and real-world problems that are out of books.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There will be many internship opportunities during your placement season, even get an internship that will be converted into full-time. Stipends of internships vary from company to company but will be in the range of 10k-30k per month.

Placement Experience :

During the time of recess also the placements opportunities are good enough. In my batch Mechanical branch is 100% placed due to less competition where as In CSE you have to work hard for getting placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

During my admission per year fees was 198000 per year which include all your tuition fees. There is also a star scheme in which college provide 100% scholarship to the district toppers of MP. Star students don't have to pay Tution fees , hostel fees , placement regerstration fees.

Campus Life :

There are many restrictions in VIT Bhopal specifically if you are a hostler. You have to find out ways if you want to enjoy campus life. I was in a baja buggy making team , so we can work and enjoy late night like 11-12PM also in workshop. Where as other every student have to leave campus at 6PM , you can't go outside campus easily. There are many clubs and chapters, if you want to enjoy you have to be active in them

Admission :

There will be a VITEEE Examination for admission. It is a common admission for all the VIT campus. After that, you will revive your VITEEE Rank. You can get a mechanical branch at VIT Bhopal easily if your rank is below 80k in 1st category.

Faculty :

The faculties are really good in specific mechanical engineering. There are less number of students so every faculty knows every student. This is not possible in other branches like CSE. There would be daily interaction between faculty and student

Campus Placement of this college is very good means 95% oif the students were placed. from 6th semester you'll able to get placed but i recommend to complete the studies. Companies visited in Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. 95% of Students were placed from the campus selection. i'll planning for the campus selection from the college.

Placement Experience:

The campus is quite good, in a class of 70 students 50 get placed in a company. Although the average placement is Rs. 650000. some people get 16 lakhs 17 lakhs, 20 lakhs and some 44 lakhs. Many companies visit our campus just as SAP, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, etc. The highest packet of the previous year is 44 lakhs in Google and our average package is 650000. 75% + students are getting placed. I have planned to get a good job at a big MNC.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for only CSE with an average package of around 5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Amazon, Capgemini, and tech Mahindra come for campus recruitment. No core companies visit here. If you are going for a core job you have to apply off-campus or prepare for the GATE exam.
