Doing MBBS is great.The thing motivated me to do mbbs is satisfaction after treating a patient. In mbbs apart form study you have to work on skills and communication you have to learn different languages. Mbbs is difficult but you will enjoy it while learning.

Internships Opportunities

College provides research and learning opportunities. MICE lab provide several learning opportunities. Internship is provide in the sir jj hospital or in gt , st.george or cama hospital. Internship is paid.paid 18k in month.

Placement Experience

College don't offer any placement. 5.5 yrs mbbs includes 1 yr internship in which interns are paid 18k for month. While after mbbs you have to do service bond in rural areas in which dr.are paid 80k month.

Fees and Financial Aid

For open category fees is around 1.3 Laks and if you belong to reserved category total fees is around 10 k for year. Other fees includes hostel fess which is just 4000 for a year and there is no mess you have canteen which cost around 4 to 5k a month.

Campus Life

Ggmc mumbai is known for it's rich heritage and history it was built in 1857. Ggmc have some of the great events.For sports it's Kurukshetra and agneya(intercollege)where other mega event is astitva and Antarang.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees for 1 year is 4000. You get hostel from 1st year.Accomodation depends upon your academic performances. Facility provided with hostel are 24 hrs electricity table, chair and bed with fan and Almirah attached .

Admission

The allotment for mbbs course in ggmc is done through cap for state quota and mcc for all india quota. The rank is dicided by neet exams. For open category cutoff is going higher and higher you need atleast 650+ to get mbbs in my college.

Faculty

1)The faculty to student ratio is 1:9 in postings which starts from 2nd yr.And for in 1st yr for every 15 to 20 student get 1 cadaver. 2)For every 2 student you get 1 mentor to whom you can Share and seek help related to academics or non academics.
