I like the networking opportunity inside the college as it has strong alumini network which can be helpful for all students in their proffesional life.
Academics is relatively chill as compared to other IITs which can be helpful for getting good grades and maintaining good cpi

Dislikes

I dislike open campus beacuse anyone can come and roam here and there inside the campus.
I sometimes dislike some buildings of the campus who are not maintained properly.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is relevant and it gives real-world experience. There are labs for practicals which makes us study and learn better. Exams are held twice mid sem and end sem exams with a total of 100.

Class Size : 130Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are interns for about every profile sde, data analyst, product, finance, quant, research, etc. Stipends vary depending upon the companies, ranging from 1 lakh to 50 thousand. One can prepare good resume with relatable projects of the intern you are applying to qualify.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for interns from starting of 3rd year and for placements at the starting of 4th year. All top Companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, JP Morgan, etc visit the college. The highest package of last year was about 2 crores and average between 16-18 lakhs. There were about 800 offers .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are scholarships and fee remission for two categories less than 5 lakh and less than 1 lakh. The academic fee is about 1 lakh and mess fees about 15,000 for the general category having a family income of more than 5 lakh rupees. In the starting of the first year there are many scholarships like foundation scholarship and other also which are provided by the institute.

Campus Life :

They are many fests like cultural fest- Kashiyatra, and sports fest like spardha , film, and media council fest- FMC Weekend , entrepreneurship events like E-SUMMIT , Social service council fest like Jagriti, etc. There is a big library have almost all kinds of book department wise sections. There are all the necessary facilities in the classroom. there are a total 5 councils one of which is the sports council. There are almost all kinds of club for following the passion

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are good, there are 2 sharing and 3 sharing rooms depending upon the availability. The mess food seems good in starting but the same menu makes it boring. The hostel has garden , common room , parking facilities, reading room etc

Hostel Fee : INR 15000 per year

Admission :

Admission is done by JEE- Joint Entrance examination. After the jee examination Josa counseling takes place for about one month and based on the rank college and branch are awarded. Their is reservation of OBC SC/ST categories and also for girl category.

Faculty :

The faculty members are well-qualified from prestigious institutions and very helpful some are great research professors. Especially mining professors are relatively more useful as compared to other branches. One can ask for help any time they easily reply to messages and emails. If you have any doubts then you can approach easily to them. If you want to work on any project and have no idea then they can be helpful. They give good grades as well

4the year students are eligible to sit for the placements. Placements here are not so good frankly speaking and one who wants a good placement needs to apply for off campus placements. From 5-6 semester students are eligible for placement here and also internship started for students who wants they can take Companies like Adobe , TCS , turito , task us , oracle , lentra , Hitachi and many more like these visited here . Highest package from upgrad is 27 lpa and average is 4 - 6 lpa Percentage of student placed 75- 80 And this is because some go for post graduation that's why I want a good job after graduation in a very good company

Placement Experience:

The students can start applying for college placements from 7th semester onwards. Various companies visit for placement opportunities. The highest package was 24L for one year. The percentage of students getting college placements is very low considering the competition in this field. My plans are to join the army, but keeping the engeneering field as a backup.

Placement Experience:
