Good college

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would give a thumbs-up. It is flexible and if you give your due-diligence in learning stuff, you are ready for the industry. Advanced accounting courses might teach about the accounting impacts of mergers and acquisitions. "The school should conduct three periodic written tests in the entire academic year and the average of the best two will be taken. The schools have the autonomy to make its own schedule. However, for the purpose of gradient learning, three tests may be held as one being the mid-term test and other the two being pre mid and post mid-term with a portion of syllabus cumulatively covered. The gradually increasing portion of contents would prepare students to acquire confidence for appearing in the Board examination with 100% syllabus. The school will take the average of the best two tests for final marks submission.

The full-time MBA fee structure has seen many changes in almost all the MBA colleges - Over a period of past 6-7 years, full-time MBA fee structure has seen the huge upward increase in a range of 5 to 15 percent each academic session in almost all the MBA colleges every year.

Admission :

For getting admission into the MBA program in the college of management Khamgaon, the college I gave an entrance exam held by the university. Online, I have a great experience in the entrance exam. I have passed the exam.

Faculty :

On one hand some really amazing and exceptional on the other hand some not-some-much. But I am sure at-least there is one fantastic faculty for each course. If you are lucky your class gets them.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are handled by the Placement team of our college. More than 100 companies visit the campus for placements. Due to the rules of the placement team, the companies that visit the campus cannot be disclosed. The average stipend for summer internships is usually around 70-80k per month and the average package for the final placements is around 17 lakhs. The placements in the college are decent enough.

Placement Experience:

For the summer internships, certain big names come after the second month of starting college whereas the majority typically come around the second term which is from October to December. On account of Covid-19, the level of placement has come down drastically with most of the companies being startups. As far as final placements are concerned, there is a lot of scope for finance and moderate expectations for marketing and little to slim for operation roles. The placement percentage always becomes 95 or 100% either by forcefully putting students in irrelevant job roles or making them withdraw from the process.

Remarks:

The only problem in this college is the infrastructure. Most of the buildings are very old and especially our department building is quite old and prone to leakage during rain. Other than that the college is quite good and well equipped with a big library and wifi facilities are also provided.

Remarks:

Overall the College is a good college. But there are too many levels of hierarchy. We never really know who is the main head of the institution because there are so many people like Principal, Chairman, Director, Coordinator etc. The university the college is affiliated under is not good. Anna University is keen on looting student's money.
