Internships Opportunities :
the internship in this college is not that good , there are few chances that one can get a internship, as there are few recruiters but although there are less in numbers but the comapnies which recurit are top ones. As mentiones i am first year student so i am not more aware of that
Placement Experience :
placements start right from the first month of 4th year that is 7th semester. placements are quit good , as it is a nit the chances of getting on campus placement increases, although i am not aware of exact placements in details as i am 1st year student but last year the highest package was of 64lpa.the placement perecntage is high, but if still no campus placement offer is offered then we can have multiple option such as looking for an off campus placement or pursuing for higher studies like MTECH or exams like upsc,cat etc
Campus Life :
the campus life of nit nagpur is best ,it has many events and concerts held almost every month so that students can explore and also enjoy. the main fest of nit nagpur is Aarohi ,it is the central indias lagrest fest . the event goes for almost 3-4 days with lot of events which include standup comedy, concets and many more. it has its technical fest Axis . it has a library which has a sitting area for self study which is open for 24hrs and which is facilitated with a lot of books not only for academics but also many autobiography and books related to other fields.the class rooms are well maintained ,they have 2 boards one with the digital one and other is normal,it also has AC which is a relief during the summers. there are a lot of social gropus where students can find there own interest. the sports facility is also excellent with a swimming pool and different courts for different games.
Hostel Facilities :
in first year double seater room is provided and from 2nd year onward there is single room for each student , the room are quiet spaceious and the facilities are good like water coolers,lan connection , space to play indoor games like bandminton and also a spereate room for indoor games like chess and carrom ,table tennis etc. the food is good and the menue of the mess is revised every month . The facilites given at this this price is good
Admission :
I had appeared for Jee entrance exam and the eligibility for the admission into top nits are above 90-95 percentile. The application form and the details of the fees can be found on the official website of Josaa. There is benefit of reservation but although not much difference in general and obc category Improvement in admission process - There should be alternate option for physical reporting that is online reporting
