Course Curriculum Overview

This Bvoc course is a new course and it include 50% practical and 50% theory.We will get a practical knowledge.We can pursue so many things from this and it is very much useful for next level.Exams are correctly scheduled and that doesn't gives u any headache

Internships Opportunities

There is no company offer internship with stiphened.We shoul do internship in every semester and submit the report by giving an amount to them. In final year there is also project submision and seminar.

Placement Experience

final year students become eligible for campus placements.We can visit food industries and job offers are based on our perfomance during the last sem internship.The average salary is 200000 per annum.We can do msc and mvoc in food related courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

Firstly it was an aided course after that on second year it was changed into self financing course.In my academic yearthe course fees was 26500/year,now it has been changed.There is E grantz scholarship and also reinbursement for sc/st students.The student who comes in first place will get cash prize.There is also internships for each semester and the 6th semester is full internship and project for bvoc students.

Campus Life

Union day,arts day,sports day. We can collect book from library related to our course. They provide projector in every class. There are so many extracurricular activities like nss,ncc,thavanish etc include socila group.

Hostel Facilities

There is projector facility in every class room. Meals available in canteen is worth for the price. Hostel fees are affordable and registration is through college portal pG are available nearby the hostel or in irinjalakuda region less than 10 km.

Admission

+2 science with maths and computer students are eligible.Application form,fees and dates are available in college site.Details of reservation are also available in college site.The frequency and timings of exams are not conjusted.

Faculties are good.We can communicate with them without any hesitation.They will assist in our studies and also help us. They encourage us to perform in various activities .They are always available for us.

A campus life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very good they provide a job oriented curriculum. This is a tourism and hospitality course so the study us the languages like frunch, German etc. So it is very helpful for our future because all the time the travelers are foreigners and the curriculum gives us to communicate with them fluently so that they provide us to study forieng language. I have only one suggestion that they provide a communication session with the foreigners that will help us to improve our language

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Usually, in our coarse, we follow updated curriculum about food processing technology. We do also have food analysis on our practical classes 3 days per week. I have chosen this coarse because I believe that food processing technology era is growing drastically and we can see lots of opportunities in the same field itself. Improvement can be made in the curriculum, so that they can also include food laws , importance of food in india and world wide so that students will get to know more about the syllabus and food processing technology. The frequency of timing that we get inbetween the semester exams is about 4-5 months which is pretty enough to cover all the portions that they have taken and we can calmly prepare for our end semester and exams very well.

This college is oretty famous in this area , and also extremely affordable in my standards to be honest. I havent applied to any other colleges , except for one that was abroad. I didnt get a reply from that college , so i joined this college , and the decision is not one which i regret i guess.
