Course Curriculum Overview :

My course is Electronics and Communication Engineering. It is a good course to select and has more scope in future aspects. But our syllabus is a kind of old. Most of the Fisrt year subjects are not relevant to our course.

Class Size : 64Course Fees : INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Our college provides a better interships. Top companies like Amazon, Google, Infosys etc provides intership oppurtunities. There will conduct a intership exam for the students. And more companies are offerd intership in our college.

Placement Experience :

Our college has a good campus placements camparedx to other Govt. Colleges in kerala. If you are a student looking for campus placements after your your graduation i suggest our college. And our college have a high Alumini support which helps us to get placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college is Government Co-shared. So our college is under IHRD. Our College has low fees compared to other Govt. Colleges. our Fees structure is: Merit - 35,000 / year Management - 75,000 / year NRI - 1,15,000 / year

Campus Life :

Our Campus was small. But it never affect your campus life. Their is more Tech events takes place in our college. It will make you more engage in every activities. For any events Seniors and Juniors are work together and become friends.

Hostel Facilities :

Our College provides Hostel for both Boys and Girls, But with a limited no of seats. The selection prrocess for students are according to the distance from their house. So it is little tough to get hostel. But you can check for private hostels near to college.

Hostel Fee : INR 5000 per year

Admission :

you have to passout class 12 with subjects PHY, CHEM, AND MATHS on your stream. After that you have to Qualify the entrance exam named KEAM. After that ranks are announder correspomding to your scores in 12TH and KEAM exam. Thier will a selection process with respect to the ranks and your preffered course and college.

Faculty :

Faculty members are friendly to us. They give freedom to evolve and be more creative. they give guidance and mentorship to go through safe and right path. Most of the teachers are like friends. Their Teaching is also very good .

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
