It's very difficult to go out during summer.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The main reason for me to choose computer science and engineering is that there are many opportunities for us in the IT industry. Also the demand for skilled programmers is increasing day by day. Most useful programming languages that we use are being taught here.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 9650 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

An amount of 10000 need to be paid every year as the tuition fees. Other fees like Bus fees, caution deposit, ktu fees, exam fees, lab fees, uniform fees need to be paid at the time of admission. Students who are eligible for different scholarship can get those by applying for them.

Campus Life :

Many events takes place in the college regularly. You'll get a very good Campus life here. Majority of the important festivals are celebrated in the college. There are many spots inside the college where you chill out with your friends.

Admission :

We must have 75% marks in the plus two and also qualify KEAM entrance examination inorder to get into the college. The department that you get will vary according to your rank in the keam exam. It's usually very difficult to get into Computer Science department as you must have high rank.

Faculty :

Majority of the teachers are highly qualified and experienced. The way most of them interact with students is quite impressive. Some of the professors are persuing PhD from the college. Apart from academics faculty supports us in every other activities.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
