Course Curriculum Overview :

I like engineering from 10th std and i like to invent many things in my life. It makes me more creative and enthusiastic and it helps me to know more about technologies. Use more virtual teaching methods and add more IIT Proffosers in the course curriculum.

Class Size : 63Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In this collleg we have very less course fee because of this college is under Kerala technical university. We have a course fee of about 9650? per year. I found that it's fair to give this fees to the college. The complete of my education is almost 3 lacks including hostel fees and exam fee. I participate in many club activities such as teaching and mentoring.

Campus Life :

In our college we have many annual activities like tech fest, arts days, sports day, then cultural activities and religious function etc are held here. The sports and extra curricular activities are very active here. We have a good library here and we can access it at any time. The facilities and technologies here are very helpful to us for further studies.

Admission :

I got admission in this government engineering college wayanad through a kerala entrance test named KEAM. I have OBC reservation . It took two months for me to take admission in the college. This college is under KERALA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY (KTU). Add more staff for the admission process so that it improves the time management.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
