campus is very peaceful and beautiful . there are so many trees in the campus.
labs are very good , specially mechanical lab which gives very excitement.
hostel facilities are very good and it is very clean.

Dislikes

there are only few restaurants and some of them are close since so many months
gym khana facilities are not much good .
sometimes there will be transportation problem.

Course Curriculum Overview

the way of the teaching faculty is very nice and they are highly educated. they will teach to the students in a practical way. curriculum is very good. the labs are excited and student get better practical knowledge. there are two semesters and two mid semesters will be held through out the year.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

students can get the opportunities for the internships on second year onwards. Oracle, TVS , Paytm , Amazon companies visited this institute. the stipend will be 6000 for one month. the projects are hard and there will need of practice and it gives the better experience.

Placement Experience

the campus placements are appreciable. the average package is 33LPA and the highest package is 80LPA . Oracle , TVS , Paytm ,HDFC Bank , Amazon companies visited IIT Patna. the students who get the more than 6 cgpa will eligible for the most of the companies. there are around 100 percent placements in our institute.

Fees and Financial Aid

the cost for the education is high. the whole fee for one semester is 18500 and hostel fee is 6000 and mesh fee is 20000. the transport charges is 1500 for one semester. NSP national scholarship portal is the government scholarship which students can get 10000 for one year. there will be internship opportunities for the students.

Campus Life

there are four fests Nebula is the freshers fest , Celesta is the tech fest , Infinito is the sports fest and the anwesha is the last big fest. there are various types of books are available in the library. classrooms are very big and 3 screens are present. inter IIT competition will be there every year . there are many clubs for the students and they can join based on their interests.

Hostel Facilities

hostel is very big and each room there are 3 members . around the hostel there is full of trees which is so peaceful. hostels are cleaned by the workers every day. mesh food is good but some times morning breakfast is not good.

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

first student should clear the jee main examination and after that they will write jee advanced . we can go through the jee advanced official website to get the application form. reservation benefits will be there for SC ST and OBC students. yearly once jee advanced will be held and it suppose to be hard.

Overall nice infrastructure and facilities.poor placements,but faculties are knowledgeable and supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is but outdated. It doesn't prepare much for real world applications but can help in preparing for higher studies or competitive exams. 75% attendance is mandatory .Even one day before exams , we need to attend classes. That has a scope of improvement for the college to focus on skills rather than theory knowledge only.

I am really interested in my course . The fees is affordable. The placement opportunity is good as well as here is the environment for government exam / engineering service exams . Different well qualified faculties are present in each branch . Every subject has faculty member. Each and every faculty is well educated . The minimum qualification to become the faculty of this college is Mtech . The faculty has passed GATE exam /BPSC exam . The term exams are timely , midsems are taken 1 month before the end sem exams . The level of the semester exams is sometimes moderate or tough . Students should have the depth knowledge of the subject .

So basically as I came to IIT for btech... It take entrance exam called as the jee mains and jee advanced.
