Course Curriculum Overview :
The course structure is almost similar to other colleges like NITs or Private Colleges. But the faculties are up to the mark. You have to do self study to crack any good placement or GATE. Class timing is like 10-4 average basis and the exams are like - per semester basis one midsem and one semester. The exam questions will be mostly previous year basis.
Placement Experience :
The placement is kinda good but not the best. The average package for CS/IT is around 7-8LPA. Highest package was offered by DE-Shaw - 23LPA and Cisco - 17LPA . also Amazon used to visit our campus before COVID with different package ranges. But now it is not visiting. In core companies like Maruti, Jk paper, Asian paints, LnT etc visit the campus. All details of the package is available on the official website.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee Structure for Selfy Sustaing course like for CSE/IT/BT is like 76000 per year. Fees for other branches like E&I/EE/ME/CE/TE is like 36000 per year . Scholarship of 10000 is provided to the students who scores good cgpa in semester exams. It is given to top 10% of each branch
Campus Life :
The campus life is average. There are many clubs for coding, Dancing, singing, Entrepreneurship etc etc. But most of them are not so active and many are like waste of time. Sports facilities are average. A single basketball court and a badminton court and cricket field is not that good. There are 2 fests - Xtasy and Perception. One cultural and one technical fest also a sports fest Engineers cup.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel was very good. 2 hostel are there APJ,RHR. The rooms of Apj are very good but RHR are not that good . In APJ 2 person per room in RHR 3 person per room. The food in RHR is better than APJ. The allocation of hostel is on the basis of JEE rank or cgpa. For 1st years a separate hostel is there which is outside the campus
Admission :
Eligibility - Valid JEE Rankcard Admission is only through JEE Mains Reservation for SC/ST , PC, Ex-servicemen, Geeencard holder Not sure if other state students are allowed or not Cuttoff for General/OBC - CS - around 50-60k AIR IT - around 60-70K AIR
