Course Curriculum Overview :

Various types of clubs like Cooding club, Google cloud, cyber security, machine learning,AI clubs and so on which influence me to to choose the course. All these courses helps us to developed practical skills and knowledge. They also help us for job preparation . Provides various opportunities like participation in various competitions and group discussion which helps us to achieve real world knowledge. In academic field we have experienced teachers and have lab classes from where we developed our practical knowledge and skills. All the teachers helps us in our academic career. In theory classes are are no availability of projectors.As an engineering college there should be projectors in every classes. Exam time: Mid sem (2 hours):end of March to April. End term (3 hours):end of may to June. Difficulty level: Normal.

Internships Opportunities :

Various types of Internship are available in our college itself.Internship are also provided from various companies and various IIT like IIT Guwahati, IIT Madras etc . For second year students there is an coding competition tooks place every year and selected students get opportunities for internship and job.

Placement Experience :

Students are become eligible for campus placement after second year,(4th sem). Various companies visited in our campus. Like vertex business services (15).Visteon corporation (14),Wipro,alsec technology,byju's ,oil India, Amazon etc. Highest package of is 10 lakh and Average package is lakh 4.5 lakh. About 32.2 percentage of students get placed. After My completetion of degree my planning is to create my own online and offline educational institute.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fees is fixed and it is 27.5 thousands for all the caste except ST.St have 18 thousands.Hostel fees is5000 and mees fees is 5940 only.There is no extra charges in any field.college also gives us enough time to pay our fees.And if we don't paid our fees according to guide line there may be late fine imposed about 500 per guidelines.There is a return policy if tuition fees about 1200 for low income students per semester. We can apply for various scholarships for which our college helps a lot. Our campus provides various opportunities for the students.They provides on campus placement opportunities.Various companies comes to college.

Campus Life :

Annual festival:Eastecy (March) Technical festival:Techracy (December) Library: Most attractive and best things in our college is our library.It provides best facilities for studies.There is both digital and non digital systems.All types of books are available in the library.E-books are also available.One student can issue upto 13 books at a time for 3 month.If the students do not return books in time they may have to pay fine and in case of loss they have to pay for it with extra charges. It is the second largest library in north east India. Our campus provides various sports facilities like cricket, football, volleyball, busket ball badminton, table tennis and so on. There are various social clubs in our college. We have also a cultural club in cit Kokrajhar which helps us to know about various cultures of India.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is available in CIT Each of the room contains two bads.One room is for two students.Inside the room we have two tables and chairs for two students.Two cup board are available, wall hanger for hanging clothes are available. It also provides lane facilities.There are two lane pot in each of the room.Two bulb,one fan and two switch board are available in each room. Online registration process is available in CIT website.It is quite affordable and no registration fees is required. Local pg are also available near the campus.Asish pg is most popular.

Admission :

Name: Babul Hoque Year:2nd Branch: CSE I am persuing BTech from Central institute of technology (CIT Kokrajhar). CIT provides various degrees like Diploma, BTech,Mtech,Bdes,Mdes etc.There are only 5 courses are available for diploma, BTech and Mtech namely CSE,ECE, CE,IE and FET . Qualification: Diploma -Class 10 passed BTech - 47% in class 12 exam (PCM) Mtech -Btech Passed For the admission students must be appear for the entrance exam (CITBEET)or they can also take admission through JEE. For application form and to know about fees, application date students may visit www.cit.ac.in . There are reservation available for ST,SC , PWD and EWS students.Some seats are reserved for them. Mode of examination: Offline Time:3 Hour Sub:PCM along with English Total marks:125(one marks for each question) no negative Marking. Difficulty level: Normal . Admission process well but there should be negative Marking during entrance exam.

Interview Experience :

I have appeared CITBEET entrance exam.The exam pattern was quite good and subjects are PCM along with English.Questikns were JEE mains level but in english portion questions were class 10-12 level. Students can take admission through both CITBEET AND JEE. I prepared from PWD from Utube and I appeared in CITBEET entrance test and secured 2nd rank all over India.

Btech is the best course for engineer's. The curriculum prepares us well for real world applications or further academic pursuits. Cse branch is the best branch for improvement in the course . The frequency and timing of exams are 3 hours in end term exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose EE because it's have both core and it features so i believe that I will go for core but if the situation changes then accordingly i will shift. The curriculum is pretty good in this campus according to me that's why I have choose this course. I don't think I have enough thinking level to suggest about that. Before exam there should be some gap for studies purpose I mean to say classes should be off. And everything is good.

A Honest Review on NIT Silchar.

Placement Experience:

The placement in NIT Silchar is decent. You will be eligible for placement from the 4th year but you will be associated with the T&P cell from the 3rd year. The companies which came for placements in 2022 are Samsung R&D Institute, Bangalore, Larsen and Toubro, Bharat Electronics Limited, Amazon Web Services, Vedanta Resources Limited, Make My Trip, etc. The highest package is 44 LPA in 2022 offered by Amazon Web Services and the average package is 15-16 LPA. Almost 95% of students get placed in CSE & and 90% in ECE, followed by EIE whereas in other branches the percentage is low. After getting the degree, I will be seating for placements and getting a Job Of course.

Life At IIT Guwahati

Placement Experience:

Placement drives are held in December of every year for the students who complete their 7th semester. Placements are quite good over here, The highest package this year is 2.4 crore and the average package fluctuates between 20 to 25 LPA every year. One can also go for higher studies, there is no harm.
