Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is pretty well structured and is up to industry standards. The course also includes training in summer break which gives the real word feel to the students and how the real industry works.The professors are well qualified and among top gate scorers.The professors have done their PHD from reputed college like IIT's and some foreign universities as well.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 3500000 per year

Placement Experience :

The campus placements are good and are getting better day by day. Our alumni are working in companies like Google and Microsoft. The students who do not participate in placements are preparing for exams like GATE , CAT and GRE for masters degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tution fees is affordable and there are availability of several scholarships for the students who need it. Their is tuition fee waiver policy too for the best rank student in the course.The ROI of the college is good as it gives good returns with less cost of living and tuition fees .

Campus Life :

The campus is humongous and spread in 450 acres of land with good infrastructure and facilities along with nature . THe library is well maintained with digital library and book bank as well which provides books to students for every semester for free.Their is reading hall along with library to give more space to the students to focus and study in peace. The classrooms are huge and equipped with smart boards and whiteboards.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel includes 3 seater rooms and single seater rooms too.Each hostel has badminton court and a lawn to relax. Their is mess attached to the hostel.The food quality is good and gives home like feel.The mess staff is considerate and friendly as well

Hostel Fee : INR 70000 per year

Admission :

This college accepts admissions on the basis of national level entrance exam which is JEE MAINS. Then there takes place counselling for the admission in various colleges like nit's and gfti's.The closing rank in CSAB round 2 as of last year for this course was 238828 for general category and 738294 for obc category . For Sc category the closing rank was 979977. The exam is national level exam so its difficulty is moderate to high and the competition among students is pretty huge. The students with less ranks can fill out this college as its a great fit with some wonderful facilities and professors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was doing bachelor of Technology in computer science. Starting from the classroom to the computer labs , everything is available and well maintained. You learn programming and languages with the help of faculty and for every student there is computer available with all equipments. In a week, there are 3 days of computer lab practice and 3 days for classwork. The professor tests and skills very often and if there is any inefficiency , he/she will help you to correct it. Placement Experience:

In- campus placement is not that good it is below average as they have taken way too many admissions their placements are not even to rely on they dont provide with good companies coming for selection average placement in CSE in 3-4 lpa they focus on theoretical knowledge more than the practical knowledge so no students are ready for the placement criterias and at last they fail as predicted

SLIET: A Modern Gurukul

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem for the degree and 6th for the diploma and 4th sem for the Mtech Students. Placements are about average and this year 2023 the placement ratio is growing faster and about 70 percent of the students from each branch got at least an average package. 20LPA is the highest in the history of SLIET offered by Microsoft. I have already been placed in HCL and Cognizant-like MNCs. So focus on the only job now.

LPU is a platform where you achieve anything if you have potential

Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. No of the companies visited in the CSE branch is unlimited and each company provide all type of packages starting from 3 lakhs to 20 lakhs. My review

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Chitkara. The placement procedure starts in the 6th semester of our college and goes until you are graduated (8th semester). Need to mention that Chitkara holds a record of 100% placement. Every student gets placed here. Companies offer anything between 3lpa - 12lpa. But you need to study a bit for getting placed. Note that college cannot force a company to recruit students. Companies recruit based on tests and interviews that they conduct. My plans after getting a degree will be to work for the company I've been placed in.
