I choose this course because I love social services and field work. In all semester there is internship in different fields or agencies. We can apply the theory in field work practices. The availability of specialized tracks or concentrations within the course such as clinical social work, psychiatry social work, community organizing, or policy advocacy, could appeal to individuals interested in specific areas of social work practice.curriculum that includes substantial fieldwork or practicum placements allows students to gain real-world experience in diverse social work settings, which is often a crucial factor for those seeking hands-on learning and professional development. This course that address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion prepare students to work effectively with individuals and communities from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally responsive practice. Hostel Facilities

The hostel is carried out by sisters.The quality and specifics of ladies hostel facilities can vary greatly depending on the institution, location, and management. A top priority for any hostel, especially for female residents, is safety and security. Look for features such as secure entry systems, CCTV cameras, well-lit corridors and common areas, and possibly even on-site security personnel. Additionally, inquire about the hostel's policies and protocols for ensuring the safety of its residents. Hostle contains attached rooms, bathrooms, chapel,dyning room, study room etc. The luck bought by a driver at noon. Kitchen is very clean. All kinds of meals are given by the hostel which include meat,fish and egg.The quality of hostel food can vary widely depending on factors such as budget constraints, culinary expertise of the kitchen staff, and dietary preferences of the residents. While some hostels may offer nutritious and well-balanced meals that cater to a diverse.

Admission

I got admission by attending entrance exam in Calicut University. Staff contact me and I took admission at lissah.. I applied in other 9 colleges and I choose LISSAH for my post graduation. Internal exams are done in different ways

I choose this course because of my interest in social work. The university provides faculties with Ph.D., NET, MPhil, etc. Teaching methods by faculties are brilliant. They follow the outcome-based syllabus. Through this students can build their character and qualities like leadership skills, communication, and listening skills. Students have to do internships in different community and psychiatric settings. Students have to submit a desertion at the end of the course. Examination conducted in each semester. Exams are neutral and easy to crack for those who are hardworking.
