Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty members are good . They teach by considering both technical and practical aspects. If we have any problem related to course teachers helps a lot in that manner as well as in other stuff. Teachers make study more interesting.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 58750 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is on the basis of odd and even semester In odd semester fees is Rs 24850 and even is Rs 28450. The examination fee is additional,we have to pay it in the end of examination. Result usually comes within 2 months

Campus Life :

My overall experience is good but the college has added way more speed breakers in the college road. It's difficult to drive vehical. There are different clubs in every engineering department in our college.

Admission :

My overall experience was quite a mesh because of lockdown the admission process was slow. But due to college staff efforts it's was made possible to get admission. For entrance exam ( take by hptu itself)

Reality of college life.

Placement Experience:

Mainly companies come for CS students and very less for biotech industry. Biotech students are also eligible to sit in placement in IT industry. There are very less core companies for biotechnology. Highest package for biotech industry is 10 LPA and average is 5-6LPA . Almost 80% students get placed.Either you go for higher studies to get good placement in core companies.

Recommended for CSE and ECE

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in CSE but for other branches, placements are not so good. About 90 to 95% of students placed in CSE and ECE in 2020. About 60 to 70% of students placed ME, EE, CE, etc. The highest package salary in ME is about 16 lakhs and the average package salary is about 4 lakhs in ME.

Good college with beautiful location and average placements

Remarks:

The college has the best infrastructure and the location. The placement percentage has dropped down to average. A worthy college life

Remarks:

The administration is not supportive and a hypocrite. Most of the times they try to supress you with different laws. I never have an issue with the college but I always dislike the college management. Farewell of batch 18 was also shifted to college as college administration doesn't want the students to go the 5-star resorts which was happening since 2006

Entrance Preview:

I scored 182 in jee advance. I opt for this as this is one of the best college in Himachal Pradesh for B.tech and also this location suits me. I choosed Computer Science because i was interested in it and also it has the greatest scope

Internships Opportunities:

Yes off course. Our college offers lot of internships. It gives oppurtunities to each and every student and chances to go abroad. Top notch companies come for internships and stipends are good enough.
