Course Curriculum Overview :

Students benefit from this course since the department of Animation, Advertising, and Journalism offers three specialties. This college was the greatest choice for me because of its first-rate facilities and effect on my desire to pursue a career in animation. Because the curriculum includes both theory and practical courses, students are well-prepared for the real world. They gain a variety of skills that will help them succeed in future sectors. They offer excellent facilities. We were taught a lot of software in animation like 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Animation Scripting, CoralDraw etc Industry experts trained us very well, we got to learn a lot from them. There are two semesters for the examinations. Exams in the form of internal and external exams are held every five months. Teachers are really excellent. Exam questions are all based on what has been taught, and they are completed on time.We were also given extra time to study

Internships Opportunities :

Yes. Internship is compulsory in the third year, it carries 100 marks, so 100% students do internship. Teachers of the department also give internship. Industry experts and BAMM alumni also provide internships. There is an alumni session where they share their experiences with students. Internship subject is given to the students to complete their studies along with job place. They also get experience and it becomes easier for them to get placement. They are well trained in professional development skills

Placement Experience :

From the first year students become eligible for internship and placement. Placement drive takes place in the college campuses, Sakal, Flipkart, news channel etc. Placement is also provided by department teachers, industry experts, and alumni. In the third year BMM department, there is an internship subject of 100 marks in which they have to do compulsory jobs and internships. So 100% students do internships and 70% of them are placed. I always had an interest in the animation and only BMM department of Smt. P. N. Doshi Women's College offers animation specialization That too at very less fees. Because in other places the fees for animation are above Rs 1 lakh. But in this institute fees so less only you will get 20k to 25k fees for animation degree In animation, we have been taught such skills as graphic designing, web designing, photoshop, logo, brochure designing, film making, video editing etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

With the installation facility's assistance, the fee structure is well-planned. Beginning in their first year, students can apply for loans and scholarships. The students have access to both on and off campus. The approximate cost of my course is 13565/- Students who fall into one of the reserved categories—st/sc/obc/vjnt—are eligible for a variety of scholarship benefits. The government offers the GOI scholarship, for which the college staff offers assistance in filing. There are additional fee concession for Gujarati and Jain students. For gujrati 50 percentage and for jain 100 percentage concession fee. The college offers its students several additional scholarship opportunities. College fees are also less, compared to other colleges. Student also gets placement and internship from the department. We are also given training in placement, career guidance is also given.. Placement committee in college also organizes caree week

Campus Life :

The College campus is amazing. Students may show their managerial skills in a variety of activities. To participate in the festival, students must demonstrate their talents in a variety of areas.Since students solely are responsible for the festival, they complete every task. Our college celebrates various cultural events and fests to ensure that students also engage in such activities and increase their attidude towards society. In addition to the various sports options (yoga, basketball, etc.), there are also Rotary, NSS, and NCC clubs. The college library is the ideal place to be. It is fully air-conditioned, well decorated, and has a variety of books, novels, and journals for reference. There is a projector in every classroom. Meeting new students and interacting with them again makes the alumni very happy to be on campus. Principals, professors and students are all obliged to provide introductory remarks during alumni meets.

Admission :

Eligibility criteria: 12th pass from any stream 40% and above, There are no entrance exams. Teachers are already sitting on college campus to guide. Which makes it much easier. Teachers have cleared all the doubts. We get the form from the Swadhar office and the teachers tell us everything, how to fill it and what documents are required. Students who fall into one of the reserved categories—st/sc/obc/vjnt—are eligible for a variety of scholarship benefits. The government offers the GOI scholarship, for which the college staff offers assistance in filing. Department teachers also provide guidance in this regard. There are additional fee concession for Gujarati and Jain students. For gujrati 50 percentage and for jain 100 percentage concession fee. The college offers its students several additional scholarship opportunities. College fees are also less, compared to other colleges,

I will rate course curriculum a 8 on 10.. it is because now I am in 3 year...And my course is bachelor's in Multimedia and Mass communication..In which we have specialisation in 3rd year... That means we need to choose between Journalism and Advertising in the last year...so in 1st and 2nd year we eventually come to know that what's our exact interest... people here is very helpful in terms of guidance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is industry integrated and mostly their is practical knowledge in this field bus this is also related to media and I was already interested in the same so choose this course. The curriculum does give you all the knowledge that you need and it does help you in shaping your future. Their are some area of improvement as they teach history of every thing personally I don't think learning the history of every thing is necessary and it can be skipped. Exam are conducted twice a year along with the assignment the exam are not that difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course were hands-on practice, internships, and collaborations within the industry. The curriculum has prepared us well for real-life instances through assignments and other activities. One suggestion for improvement could be that the curriculum be more flexible in terms of online and offline learning both to cater to different students' schedules and internship interests. The difficulty level of our exams is fair and manageable making it good for all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a second year student in Bhavan's college in the BMM department. During my admissions after 12th , when i looked up for curriculum in Bhavan's a certain subjects like Mobile content creation and photography lured me as they are easily applicable in practical work plus they are in demand in todays media field. The current curriculum is 85% theoretical according to me as only one subject that is theatre studies is practical. Hence the application of current syllabus in real life is questionable. However , it can be useful if one opts for Post graduation. The area where the curriculum needs to improve is to add more practical knowledge and teaching methods should be more interactive. In context of frequency of exams, only 2 end sem exams plus internal exams for 2 credit subjects are conducted. The difficulty level can be rated as mediocre.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has changed a lot from last year due to the NEP guidelines. The new curriculum provides cross-faculty minor courses through which we learn about not only our course but a completely different one too. It is a very new model of timetable and we are the experiment batch. Some suggestions I would give are to provide minors which are related to our subject so that it would be useful to us in future also providing better options in choosing electives. One positive I found is the honours programming which gives us the option to directly take Phd once done with our bachelors. Also the free exit system is also helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose to opt for the BMM course because many writers, directors, actors and ad experts and artists have studied in Khalsa College. The curriculum prepares you for real world applications by not only teaching within the portion but also outside the portion. Various recreational activities take place at the college. Areas for improvement would be to decrease the over importance of giving attention to the attendance and project submission. It's college not school the teachers soften a little and try to give students the freedom of exploring other things too. The frequency and timings if the exams are usually the same as ither colleges. There are 6 semesters carried out in three years which are 2 or 3 hours long.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was apt, however, I felt as if some of the subjects or rather the specific topics they delved into were somewhat out of touch for the early 2020s. However, most teachers provided us with question banks, PDF study material, and so on. Exams were timely (one unit test and end-of-term test per semester), and projects were also timely by nature (one individual project and one group project termed as SLE.)

Placement Experience:

Everyone who is studying at UPG is eligible for campus placements. They provide internship and job offers too. The highest package I think was 17 lakhs and the average is around 8 lakhs which is quite good for a fresher. However, many students don't sit for the placements as they go for higher studies.
