- The clubs which give us exposure, and also help us to nurture our talents and hobbies in a very productive way
- The beauty of the campus, which makes the campus life bearable, after a hectic day
Dislikes
- The mess food, which is quite manageable but compared to other colleges it is quite bad
- Very strict marking system only for core branches, whereas other non core branches usually get mote marks rewarded to them
Course Curriculum Overview :
It's aligned with that of the curriculum of GATE examination, which makes the preparation easier. Regarding the practical labs, they are really interesting, because they not only help us to understand the theory in a better way, but also let's us know that how the real world problems can be dealt with the theoretical knowledge we gained.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Usually we have three tiers of fee payment as: TFW, NTFW and SELF FINANCE. The fee structure for all the groups is a little bit different. As for me, who is a NTFW student, my tuition fee is around ?40,000-?45,000 and the individuals who want avail hostels need to pay a hostel fee of around ?18,000-?22,000
Campus Life :
We have a good eco system of clubs around the college, overall with 8 technical and 8 non technical clubs+ NCC, NSS groups. They not only serve as good source of entertainment but also helps us to nurture our hobbies and talent. The college also organises fest which also is a good source of enjoyment and bliss.
Hostel Facilities :
Rooms are quite small for four people alloted for a room, which is actually made for 2-3 people. The meal system is average, but manageable. You can just register for hostel accomodation along with the overall fee payment at the beginning of the semester.
Admission :
The selection is through the jee mains exam. We have to apply in ojee councelling.If you have a percentile of around 80-88, then you can get electrical engineering in vssut burla. Then after selection, you need to report at college for further proceedings
