Course Curriculum Overview :

I was personally very interested in AI, hence the stream. Its pretty detailed and thorough, ready for industry standard. Teaching could be more interactive, rather than long lectures, but it works regardless. we have one midsems and one endsems, with plenty of quizzes during the semester

Class Size : 78Course Fees : INR 1950000 per year

Placement Experience :

from 5th semester pre placements offers begin and 7th semester companies enter for recruitment Microsoft, Google, Boeing are few companies that recruit the students, avg salary for CS dept is 18lpa Highest was 55LPA and average is 18-22.5LPA for cs dept 100% placement in the CS department I personally want to sit for placements and get a job

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fee for me was 5,09,000 with 5% increase every year for the newer batches. about 19.6 Lakhs is the total fee for general quota + another 4-5 lakhs for hostel. Many scholarships are available if u score above 8+ CGPA or if you are under 100 rank in MET or if youre from a minority community No jobs have been taken up by me yet

Campus Life :

Anually we have a cultural fest called revels, a technical fest called tech tatva, an enterpreneurship fest called MES. Library is huge and ranges from all types of books. Class recording + Smart board is available with mic and speakers for the lecturer There are all sort of sports and extracurricular activities available There are over 60+ student clubs and 20+ student projects where students can get hands on experience and be real engineers

Admission :

Elibility is that you have to pass your board exams with min 60% aggregate. Application form is at available at their website www.manipal.edu I havent used any reservation, im from the general quota there are 2 attempts to the exam, difficulty level is as 80% of JEE mains id say. Chem & English are very scoring

placements during the current scenario are hard and they offer less perks highest goes to around for 20 lakhs for 2-3 students all others placed are around 3-7 lakhs mark students placed are around 50 percent there are companies like adobe and Capgemini comming to campus

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to get placements from their 6th to 7th semester as whatever basic is needed by them to a company is embedded into them. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and many other companies visit our college and make many offers. The highest package in my course was 47 L.P.A previous year and average is 7 to 8 L.P.A. Almost all students get placed in our branch almost every year. I just wanna do a start-up after completion of my course and getting my degree.
