Our college had impact on our lives

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was pretty tough. Hardwork and consistency was the most important things to achieve any goal. And was same to be a doctor. Our field is mostly focused on practical things. Afterall its all the doctor-patient relationship. Lots of research initiatives are taken by our college. Even one of my friend got a first price in international level case study presentation competition. Also many other got recognition from ICMR for their studies. Overall it was all good not just teaching but all other

Internships Opportunities :

Yes. We have to do an internship in our college attached hospitals only. Though some can took transfer from our college but they have to pay for that and also have to do some internship here before they leave. Stipend is actually not provided in our college. This is very big con of our college.

Placement Experience :

Self placement as doctors can open there own clinic or can join multi speciality hospital. But for reference, only the name of our college is enough.

College Events :

Every year cultural programmes are organized in our college. The council members of those respective years used to take the responsibility of all the technical cultural and all other programmes throughout the respective year. General Secretary was the head of all. Also college authorities took all responsibility and also guide them all throughout the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Frankly speaking ,it is affordable to upper middle class and above. Afterall not everyone's father is doctor or businessman. Although it can be affordable to middle class person if they are interested in such huge investment!

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, i was residing in the hostel. Hostel rooms were quite good. Sharing type. Discipline was there. Rules were very strict. No one had able to escape through the rules except some of the incidents in which i also was involved! Can't talk about it now. The food was offered at the basement where they made a canteen. Quality was good initially. But letter everyone changed to different mess according to their taste. They used to take fees for hostel and mess at once for whole one year. Installment options were also there.

Alumni/Alumna :

Every year they organize alumni meet. This helps in the overall development of the college. This also helps to motivate all other students in their future.

Faculty :

Faculty was good. All are well qualified well respected doctors . Most of them are local. And interactive of course. Standards of teaching were good. They used to teach us on blackboard as well as with power point presentation. Also there was practical training. So overall it was all good and all are upto my expectations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted always to cure people. Also, I come from rural areas where there are very less doctors. So I want to change this situation and bring health facilities to my area. My college stands ranked 3 in Mumbai,it gave us experience and a practical approach, and last year we has an internship where we could improve

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is under Competency Based Medical Education it is with competencies in each subject and it helps very well to conquer at each and every subject. The practicals are also very well taught so that you can get hands on in every type of equipment and knowledge about all the things. Medical field in itself is very hard to chase but the difficulty level is quite impresssive in our curriculum it maintains the academic level of the college and University. The timing is also well matched keeping in mind with all the holidays and preparatory time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always was drifted towards medicine the thought of having a scalpel itself was so mesmerizing! There is one asst professor per 50 students And on the dissection table or in small groups, we have 1 teacher per 9-10 students The teachers are highly qualified some are from AFMC some from well-reputated colleges We have a lecture then practical followed by a small group discussion of that topic mostly in anatomy Exams are quite regularly held and are definitely not easy to pass! They follow the pattern of MUHS but as per info, it was more difficult than that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty is experienced and the majority of the professors are good at teaching. The course curriculum is as what is specified by MCI. Regular classes. Disciplined study environment. They teach you what would be required for you to crack the NEET PG exam. I wish they would take up more research projects.
