Remarks :

It was established in 1952 and is one amongst the top 50 in India but lately there has been a degradation of reputation because of the competition all over the country but to me it is the best.

Entrance Preview :

MPPET, Madhya Pradesh pre engineering test i scored 128 and I opted for SGSITS because it is the most popular and the first to fill in MP.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was satisfactory it has a proper mixture of theoretical concepts accompanied with practical approach which leads to overall development we have mid semester tests twice a semester and practical exams and all.

Internships Opportunities :

Right now I am in 3 rd year so no internships so far but the usual companies that come for internships are Trident Hotwax Eicher Sterlite etcThey offer varying stipends. Eicher 12-20k Trident 40k and the rest I dont remember exact figure.

Placement Experience :

For CS IT its like 100 percent placement with companies like SAP at 8.25 lacs an annum CTC Deloite Ittiyam etc at around 6 lacs CTC and day 1 companies ranging from TCS Wipro Infosys Cognizant etc. Mu Sigma, Eicher, Trident, Vedanta, Shakti Pumps, tata Tech, Premium Engines, L&T etc are for Mechanical.

College Events :

Pratibimb, the Fine Arts and Photography club of SGSITS, Indore proudly announces the state level photography event, Street art, Rhythm is a music clubKshitij a dance clubThey are many such clubs that organise different cultural programmes, the major being Aayam SAE and SRC are popular Technical clubs.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible It's an autonomous institute with fees varying category wise for a general category student the fees per sem is 22800 Whereas for the category students it's quite less.They are given some kind of scholarships.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes they do offer a lot of scholarships but I don't know exactly They are mostly for students scoring above 90 percent in 12th board and Jain scholarship. Scholarships for category students.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio is properly maintained with the help of girls quota we are good in all the sports and win nodals consistently there is no college uniform but nobody discriminates on any basis the girls are given equal opportunities and sports for girls are also there.

Hostel Facilities :

I am a localite and reside at my own house so I have no clue towards hostel facilities but in my friends opinion, he is very disappointed and dissatisfied with the water facilities.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

It really feels good to meet an alumni they make us realise the worth of engineering they are the sole sponsors of many events and like our teachers during exams.

Exam Structure :

Chilled outWe get sufficient time to study and the exam is based on what we are taught in class with little guidance from previous years paper.

Faculty :

The faculties are in different groups the junior faculties, assistant professor, associate professors, professors we have some great senior professors who work sleflessly for the institute.

LNCT College you should apply or not

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in our college as the highest package grabbed by our senior was 1.15 cr this year through Amazon eu. The percentage of students getting placement are around 80%. My plans are to grab campus placement.

Sum up all learned things to the astonishing work

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite good in Jabalpur Engineering College. Students are eligible and can avail campus placement from their 7th semester onwards. There are some companies i would like to mention , TCS, Reliance Jio, IBM, Wipro, Collabera, TrueChip, Cognizant and some others. Some of them came for mass selection of students with good knowledge of their companies. The highest salary package of companies co.e in JEC are 7-8 LPA. The average salary packages are provided by companies is 3-5 LPA. Chances of getting selected in the campus placement are depends upon the students Strong hold on the subject and their course. So basically the chances of getting selected is around 30-40% . Students usually tend to have many dram after getting selected in campus placement. As per my plan, after getting a degree i will prone to learn new technology and present myself a position where i can give my all conceptual knowledge earned from College period and convert into practical knowledge.

My college

Remarks:

If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.

Admission:

I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
