Course Curriculum Overview :

Nagpur is situated In the central region of India. It has a very large number of industries hence provide vast opportunities to mechanical engineering. Also the ciricculam of Mechanical engineering course in VNIT is very efficient and there will be somewhat difficult exams for every semester. The professors are highly qualified

Internships Opportunities :

There are a large number of intership opportunities for the departments like CSE ECE EEE Mech chemical.. other departments like Civil, metallurgy and material sciences, Mining engineering also get a fair number of opportunities for internships. Companies like Oracle, Wells Fargo, Warner Bros, John Deere, Goldman Sachs, Mondelez, ITC, TVS, Reliance Ficsher Jordan etc.. visit VNIT for providing Internship Opportunities

Placement Experience :

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements and from 5th semester students are eligible for campus internship cycle. There is a very good facility of Training and Placement in VNIT. Considering all departments 7 LPA is the average package. Last year D E Shaw offered the highest package of 62 LPA. Large number of companies visit VNIT from every sector.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

To study in VNIT you have pay 67000 per semester(2 Semesters per year) as tuition+Service fee. In VNIT you can reimburse your tuition fee every year. And scholarships like NSP are also applicable. College management will also give some breathing time of you ask them for late fee payment. Professors also undertake students for their projects and some will provide stipend

Campus Life :

VNIT provides you one of the best campus life experience. There will be a number of fests every year. Some of the main fests are Axis technical Fest, E-Cell's management fest, Aarohi Cultural Fest, Institute Gathering a 10 days event constituting various types sports cultural and creative compititions between departments. VNIT provides you very good facilities for study and other extra curricular activities. Modern Classrooms digital boards etc. There are a huge number of clubs in VNIT every student can follow their passion there are no restrictions to join the clubs

Hostel Facilities :

Good facilities are provided in the hostels. You have to pay 30000 per semester. Frequent cleaning of hostel 24hr water supply. Continuous hot water supply. Continuous facility of ethernet no power cuts. Night canteens.Aboove Average quality of meals menu contains both north and south dishes. Hostels are constructed inside the campus open place to play or relax. security surveillance.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

First you have to Qualify in the JEE Mains exam if you get a rank suitable to Opt VNIT you have to Participate in the JoSAA seat allocation process you to go through 6 rounds of counseling you can also available reservation benifits in the allocation process. After getting the seat in the JoSAA you have to visit a nearest NIT to get your certificates verified and to freeze your seat successfully

From the 6-7semester students gets eligible for the campus. There are many companies like PSUs and other companies that come for campus and the highest package goes upto 22-24lac per annum. Recently their 3-4yrs ago 100% placement was thier and in the time of covid also thier was nice percentage of placement.
