Course Curriculum Overview :

i have interested in computer science at starting but i coulnot get through that course because of my rank i have got 4466 i could only get ece but after joining in amrita ece branch my opinion totally changed that i am very lucky to take ece

Class Size : 57Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

as per our seniors, amrita university select prospective candidates for internshps and projectsat amrita campus .during the college placement students will hear about multiple oppurtunitues available in all branches of engineering .

Placement Experience :

actually i dont have any idea about placements but as per our seniors highest in ece was around 30 LPA around 95 percent were placed i want to do job for 2 years and then go for higher studies in america

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

we here have totally 5 slabs by 2022 from 2023 it changed as per 2022 if we got if any one of the first 3 slabs our fees may vary if we get less cgpa that is we get 7.9 in 1st year but before joining if we were in slab 1 that may reduce to slab 2

Campus Life :

there are many fests in our collage in which one is vidyut fest , best fest in our campus it has techinal events, non technical events, and some of the singers will also come for concerts like in 2023 karthik has come many books will be avaliable in our library and in our website too many clubs were run by students only

Hostel Facilities :

for 1st years boys the hostel were in ashram with 3 occupancy with attached bathroom for 2nd years the hostel were near campus with 4 sharing with common washrooms morning and afternoon were good but night we have some issue

Hostel Fee : INR 67000 per year

Admission :

we can find application form, application fees and deadline for application in the following website: amrita.edu /admissions/btech eligibility criteria : a pass inn the 12th or equivalent from a recongized board with not less than 55 percent in physics , chemistry maths seperatley

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
