Remarks :

Management is awesome so no remarks. Although they can be pain in the ass sometimes. You can get admission under management quota also with some hole in your pocket.

Entrance Preview :

I took JEE score -50. This is one of the top college is Navi Mumbai. Especially computer brach because the recent university topper is from our college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Ok frankly let me tell you the truth. Mumbai University has one of worst curriculum. Most of it is based on theory and some only some attention is given at praticals. Not to blame university though,all of Indian education system has endured its effect.

Internships Opportunities :

For IT sector many companies visit. TCS acquires most of the students. Wipro and other MNCs come for Interviews too. So overall campus selection is very good and one of the best.

Placement Experience :

Placement is awesome and many MNCs hire you as an intern. Nearly 60% students are hired. The average package is about 4-6 lac per annum.

College Events :

The fun part. Now let me tell you one thing if you want to have fun and enjoy Pillai is best college. The Algeria festival is know widely throughout Navi Mumbai as well as Mumbai. Many celebrity come to promote as well as perform for the fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees per year is 1,06,000. You need to pay fees at one go. For second year it is 1,16,000. It is quite feasible and about average aroud here. If you gain scholarship then there is no need to worry about fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am not sure but there are many scholarships for minority class and as well as under TFWS scheme whose annual income is less than 4,00,000.

Campus Life :

Campus life is totally chilled out. Boys girls ratio is equal matching and the environment is quite friendly and awesome. Many parties goes on oficially as well as unofficial. Many students here are with quite a good economical background. Since it is by a Kerala guy you will have lot of mallu people but there are many Maharashtrian.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is good althogh it is very costly and the food is not so good. Many students rent rooms or search other private hostel. In short the hostel is not worth the money but considering other colleges hostel our is considerably good.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are pretty cool and supportive. They involve you in many extra curricular activities. Althogh you dont have lot of interaction with them unless you are active and take part in extra curriculum activities.

Exam Structure :

We have very easy going structure. The are two tests and a end sem at last along with pracs. The submission time is quite hectic as you have to complete your journals though you can easy it up if you are regular.

Faculty :

The faculty is amazing and supports readily. The staff is very cooperative. Although some staff is not experienced but the teach very nicely so that everyone can understand.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
