Entrance Preview :
Since this a govt. College and we know all know the value of a govt.college. Moreover, it's reputation is marvelous on a large scale. The facility is highly educated.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Ok. That's quite simple. Go to the college library and ask for the prospectus. In the prospectus, each and every major and minor details are given. Read the prospectus properly and you will get to know the details of your questions. For more queries, you can even talk to the clerical staff.
Internships Opportunities :
No. They don't. I'm in agriculture stream. In my stream, they don't provide the internship. The internship is meant for only certain courses.
Placement Experience :
Well, it depends on your selected stream. As I told you this. Is a government college and government college are always above then private colleges. So placement and job opportunities are always higher. U need to clear Various tests and examination if you want a job here.
College Events :
Various events are conducted. Usually, a day or other people from highly dignified Universities and colleges come here and conduct plays. Then there is a youth festival. In the youth festival, different colleges participate in different activities and it goes on for 3-4 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee is wholly solely dependent on you. If you have scored good grades and you are in merit list you will get a seat in government category and if you fail to get a seat in government category then you will get a seat in private quota. That's the difference. But still, there is no major difference between the fee for both categories.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I only know a little About this. the Fee reduction is there for S.C category students. Loans could be taken from a bank nearby
Campus Life :
It has everything a college should have. All essential labs, instruments, and each and everything. The Campus life is great. A pleasant experience and a marvelous atmosphere. If you want to know more visit the college.
Hostel Facilities :
They are above average. The mess is good. Though there is a problem of sanitary you need to keep it in mind that this is a government college. Hostel rooms are non AC but they are spacious and wide. A good Atmosphere at the hostel is what keep students busy.
Alumni/Alumna :
Extremely helpful. They will help you through your studies undoubtedly. A good nature. If you want to know more visit the college.
Exam Structure :
Cool. Great. Nothing unfair is either done here or allowed here. Exams are set up by Punjabi University Patiala and question paper have a nice level. It's like a mirror that shows you your reflection. Well, I'm satisfied with the way the exams are conducted. There is a semester system and in one year there are 2 semesters.
Admission :
You need to fill the admission form online which is available at Punjabi University Patiala site. Then select the course you want to be admitted. Then select the order of preference for both your courses and your colleges.if you want to take this college then you need to mark this college at your first choice. The college will then let you know the date of counselings. On the day of counseling students are given admission to their respective courses on the basis of their +2 marks.
Faculty :
That's also extremely simple. The faculty at the college is very humble. They are so knowledgeable. They are always forthcoming about your doubts. Each and everything is explained in detail. Things though may seem a little bit tough but once you are mixed in the atmosphere you will be happy.
