- The management system of the college could be better
- Some faculties are not that much experienced enough
Course Curriculum Overview :
Though the things that we study through out this couse is not that relevant to the job roles that we get after the completion of this course but they are helpful to gain knowledge about the hospital and healthcare industry. In your 3rd year you have to do inyernship and in my case that helped me alot and they are relevant to what you will actually do when you get a job . In terms of the difficulty level Iof the curriculum would say it's moderate
Internships Opportunities :
So at my time they brought near about 20 colleges and basis on our makrs in our gradation test we got the select the hospitals in which we want to do the internship. The internship was totally unpaid and the duration of the internship was 2.5 months. The internship was started form 15th June and it ended on 31st August. During our internship we had to prepare a project report on a topic which was given by our internship mentor and the we had to submit the project to our college.
Placement Experience :
Right now I'm in the 3rd year so now the placements are going on. Many of our classmates are already got placed.The companies that come for placement include Narayana , Apollo , Manipal , AIG , Medanta etc. The average salary is at around 15000 and the highest salary is near about 22000. In our batch they said to give 100% placements but it's not varified from the previous year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So the total fees of the course is 219000 at my time in 2021 but now the fees has increased. This is only the tuition fees along with this when you will go for internship you have to bear your own experience as the internship that I pursued was unpaid. The only scholarship that i got was the SVMCM scholarship and the amount that I got was rs12000. and in terms of the campus employment I don't have any idea.
Campus Life :
My overall campus experience was good. The faculties are pretty good.The infrastructure is also good . They aften arrange seminars and other extra curriculam activities. The availability of the books in the library is good. Their are good amount of books are available.
Admission :
You can take the admission directly after your 12th. You just have to book your seat by paying the admission fees which at my time was around 50700 rs. After taking the admission you have to sit for CET examination but the makrs of this exam does not matter. Note - you should have 55% marks in your 12th and 10th.
