- college is in outside main town, no pollution no noise
- Street food just outside the hostel available everywhere time with hostel delivery with good price
Dislikes
- It is open campus hostel at different place college at the place
- Mess Food quality is very poor , the management is akso very bad , nobody listens, development is done very slow
Course Curriculum Overview :
I want to pursue electrical and electronics only And this college gives more important to core branches and placement is also good Teaching methods should be done better Teachers are using odia frequently and it is little difficult for non odia students
Internships Opportunities :
Maximum students get internship opportunities in Rourkela Steel plant (RSP), Jindal power plant, Tata Power, Microsoft , Deloitte and many more This all companies give stipend for the work Student have to do one minor project in 3rd year and one major project in 4th year
Placement Experience :
In 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement Vedanta, vedantu ,MCL, byju's, Tata technology Tata Power, Deloitte and many more Highest placement from college is 23 lakh and lowest placement is 2.5 lakhs Almost 70% students are placed every year If college placement does not work one can prefer gate exam as many students here come in prepare for get exam
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fee is 41400 for per year including all fees And extra 10000 refunded amount at time of admission which is refunded at last 1.Medhabruti scholarship 20000 per year for all those whose family income is less than 8 lakhs 2. Guarantee,Post matric scholarship 20000 per year for those whose family income is less than 2.5 lakh 3.kalia jojna who have labour card 40000 per year

Hostel Facilities :
Room are large For first year pulaha hall of residence with 3 students in one room In room 3 bed, 3 table, 3 chair, 2 tubelight, one fan Mess menu and quality is poor Students are not satisfied Registration process is smooth
Admission :
You must have passed in physics, chemistry, maths in class 12 You can find application and all details in VSSUT official website You can apply for admission through JEE MAINS rank through OJEE councelling Minimum cutoff for general CSE is 92 percentile and for reservation ST/SC 85-87 percentile And minimum rank to enter into college is 11 lakh Admission process is ok
