campus life is awesome as its natural environment gives a soothing experiences when we are out for a tour

Dislikes

most disliking feature is that it is far away from the main city about 25kms away and internet facility is not so good

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering has been in existance since July 2009. Presently the branch is functioning under the Electrical Engineering since 2021-22 academic session. The multifaced undergraduate course provides a dynamic foundation to the students in EIE to be an industry ready. The department aims to create competent Electronic and Instrumentation Engineers to serve tje needs of evolving technology and the nation as a whole

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 14000 per year

Placement Experience :

From 5th semester onwards placement facilities are open to every student. renowned companies like Delloite, amazon, phonepe etc visits our campus and recruit students based on their requirements. highest package is approximately 28 lac per annum and lowest aprox 4 lacs per annum. I am planning to continue masters after my graduation

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fees are divided into 3 categories:- 1st category includes the students whose parent income is less than 1 lacs per annum. Their fee varies from semester to semester. Average semester fee lies between 7000 to 8000 INR. 2nd category includes the students whose parent income is more than 1 lacs but less than 5 lacs perannum. Their average fee includes 45000 INR. 3rd category includes the students whose parent income is more than 5lacs per annum. Their average fee include 78000 iNR

Campus Life :

Two fests are conducted in the campus in a year. One is techfest AAYAM and other is MOKSHA Nearly every books and journals are available in our library Facilities and technical provisions are such that every individual classroom have projector, proper internet connection, Boards etc. Nearly every sports are played in our campus.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are besy in the sense that every rom is well furnished and well maintained. Each and every room contains one fan two light facilities. Mess food is also hygenic and best quality. Hostel accomodation can be registerd easily from the college website

Hostel Fee : INR 54000 per year

Admission :

Our college admits students under the eligibility of 12 passed students getting atleast 75% marks. Application form is available in the NTA website alongwith the application fees and dates. There are also reservation benefits for the SC, ST students, OBC students and also there are special reservation for the Pwd (physically disabled) candidates. The frequency and timings of exams are convenient on the difficulty level. Admission process is so liberal and perfect.

The overall college is really good you will enjoy a lot

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

tuition tuition fee is like it will depends on the early income of your family if it's lower than 1 lakh there are some subsidies and if it's like between 1 to 5 legs there different subsidies and if it's over 5 or 8 legs the fee is really really high it's like 72 80k for each and every semester and the if I talk about the hostel fee the hostel fees around 30000 semester

Let's know all about NIT Agartala

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are getting offered for college placements. There are total 300-400 companies visit in our college and make around 600-700 offers. I got placed in ORC ENGINEERING having a LPA of 2.5-3.5 . The highest package of 2024 year is round 40 lakhs and average package is roughly around 5 LPA. Around Total 60% students placed this year. My next plan is to prepare for gate exams along with my jobs.

A Good College

Placement Experience:

Students can sit for placement from 3rd year itself. Though it is highly unlikely that placement offers come in 3rd year as it comes mostly in 4th year, but there has been cases where 3rd year students also get placed. Besides placement, one can even get good internships which based upon their performance can later get turned to a placement offer. Many good companies have visited and have hired students from this college.

A student's perspective of NIT Agartala

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placement after sixth semester. Gennerally, students who maintained their cgpa above 7.5 gets placed. There were many companies which visited for placements. Software firms such as Oracle, Nvidia, Paypal, Seimens, Paytm, Rapido, Mathworks, Dell, Qualcomm, Chargebee, etc. Core manufacturing companies such as Vedanta oil and gas, Dalmia, Maruti suzuki, CEAT tyres, Ashok Leyland, etc. The percentage rate of placement is around 85%. The highest package is INR 52 LPA offered to CSE and EE branch students. Also Oracle offered placements to around 20 students with CTC of INR 35 LPA. Average package of CSE if INR 14.5 LPA whereas for ECE, it is INR 13.84 LPA. After getting the degree, my plan is to get good placement from the college where i can get good work experience and also i am planning to do masters from IIt for which i will prepare for gate examination.
