Campus area and greenery of the college.
Seprate buildings of different departments
Collage canteen and open gyms for students.

Dislikes

Strict rules of the college about the 75 percentage attendance.
College interior is very old and walls are dirty.
No extra holidays only government holidays are there.

Course Curriculum Overview

Job opportunities influence me to choose this course. For real-world applications college having tech societies that can train you to this. Course must give the live projects that the students must do. Exams are conducted almost every month ina semister with moderate differenty

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 141756 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees are almost the same in the past few years. The complete cost per year is almost 2.3 lakhs including all the expenses. UP scholarship is provided at most rs 60000. Not be sure but present year companies are not providing good packages on campus.

Campus Life

Collage do not conduct fest only cultural societies contact freshers party. Akgec having centre library having good number of books peacfull reading area computer room. Every classroom having smart boards and all the facilities are PhD holders and well qualified and some having research experience also. Sports society conduct sports events and also play at inter college competitions. Yes , their are many clubs for students in every fields.

Admission

At least student should pass 12th standard. Application form for the college admission is provided in the college campus. Application fees and dates are on the collage website. Provided at college website. Exams conducted almost after every month ina semister . And level of difficulty is moderate. Collage should accept cash and UPI instead of net banking.

Placements in my college is good , and tries to place the students as much as possible, the heighest package of my college is 49 lacks per annum. And average package is 6 lacks per annum. Name of the compnies visited- Accenture, Tcs, Delloite etc.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The placements are very good in my college. The college is having a unique department name as CCPD which is working for or all the students for their jobs and placements. this department of our college also provides opportunities for internships and Guides the student for their right choice. I chose this college as in previous times it was doing quite good in placements and but now most of the students are unplaced. Other colleges I've applied to are JSS noida, Galgotias etc are these colleges got a better placement ratio that my college. But campus of other campus are smaller compared to AKGEC. so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More

Earlier, the admission process was based on the AKTU exam and its counseling. From 2021, they started taking admission on JEE mains score.
