The library is one of the good place and amphitheatre is the place where anyone will never gonna bored in campus. The best thing is that we have college in between bus station and metro station so need to walk for coming college

Dislikes

The space in the canteen is less in compare to the number of student

Course Curriculum Overview :

*Aspects* As our college has good faculty of computer science among other colleges and it is the most affordable college for computer science among whole college of Delhi University. *Academic* The syllabus of our course is not less than the syllabus of btech cse so from accademic point of view if you are eager to learn you can learn so many new things and also you can learn new things from your own because here in this college no academic pressure easy balanced college life . *Improvement* The faculty should focus on real world problems solving rather than trying to understand the traditional way of solving same traditional problems . Faculty should focus more on application based study rather than theries . *Frequency and timing of exams* Exams held twice a year as according to new education policy the exams are semester wise the exams are not that much difficult if you solve 5 years previous year questions you will do good in semester exam . The exams are for 3 hour.

Class Size : 72Course Fees : INR 15300 per year

Placement Experience :

*placements* Placements are available in our college all the students are eligible for the placement in only final years although they can be eligible for internship la but for placement they have to be in final year Around 50 to 60 companies come at our campus for hiring our students some of the companies like TCS , WIPRO , Infosys , maruti , byjus , bank of India etc Last year in 2022 our college highest package was 36 Lpa from a service based company I am thinking of doing job after graduation

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

*fees hikes* As our university is central university so the fees is low because of this no fees hikes seen if it hike then not increase much so don't worry about the fees it will be affordable. *Complete spending* Around 16 k for college yearly fees Around 2000 exams fees And 84 k(may vary ) for staying in (pvt )hostel or pg yearly *Scholarship* Here are so many scholarships available according to your condition and course and also college provide concession in fees to the deserving students who are economically weak .

Campus Life :

*overall experience* The fest of our college is held in Feb March month the tech fest also held in this month Priyadarshini is the name of our college annual fest which will be so amazing and enjoyable *Library* Our college has very big size Library ut has wide variety of books so if you are taking admission in this college no need to purchase book u can issue here for free ???? Almost every books for your course and department will be available in the library so no need to worry about books We have around 30 to 35 society in the college as society are very important part for students to gain confidence over them and improve their soft skills like communication skills , managing skills , leadership skills etc so we have wide ranges of society some of them like ENSO for entrepreneurship society Tedx for Ted talks and so many societies.

Admission :

*Eligibility* Any one is eligible who has completed his higher secondary school (12th) with maths as any subject for doing computer science hons . *Form* Application forms are the only CUET entrance form which is national level exam for taking admission in all over India for central and state universities and some local colleges too . *Application form fees* Application form fees may vary from person to person as he/she chooses for how many subjects exams he wants to give subject wise additional fees is include in it . *Exam dates* CUET exam held in approx may - June month for knowing the specific date you may check CUET official website for information. *Details of reservation* As in most of the Indian competetive exams here is also reservation for SC category , ST category , OBC category , EWS category , physically challenged students , children of defence ward and extra curricular activities (ECA QUOTA) *Frequency and timing of exam* Exam held in once a year each subject

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is actually great as it helps us to prepare for the competitive exams like the cell biology, genomics and various other topics. Also, the teachers are very friendly and they teach through E-boards which is very helpful as it is easy to use. The type of exams is the semester type in every 4 months exams are conducted and the difficulty level is medium to hard.

Desirable college with great campus life but lacks placement opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible in the last year for placement and there is dedicated placement cell called 'pinnacle' but it offers good placement in commerce courses but very less number in science courses and definitely neglible in chemistry as students generally tend to opt for a master's degree for better opportunities in industries as well as exams such as GATE. The package ranges from 3 to 4 lakhs. There are no specifics for the company names as the data is not continuous. My plan is also to opto for a master's degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance and comprehensiveness by my course I want to become a scientist. And I have more opportunities in government examinations I chose this program because of my favorite subject. There are practical exams in this program also. They are using very effective methods by teaching faculty that was helped in understanding the material for the student. The examination conducted was average and more size, than the examination paper conducted on the given syllabus there I experienced it very well so I think this is a very beautiful journey for me.

Placement Experience:

Maitreyi provides a good financial assistance to students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is very efficient as it widens opportunities for students and exposes them to various companies. The majority of students were pursued masters in various fields. Some of them were successfully selected in job categories like banking etc. The science students usually don't get placement benefits in the college. So the students have to be dependent on other sources for internships and placements. Many companies like Genpact and other visited Inside the college. Same was the case for previous batches too.

Placement Experience:

The college has an active Placement Cell. It organizes workshops, seminars and provides placement and internships in a wide range of profiles. Major placement opportunities are available to BCom students. Final semester students become eligible for campus placements. As per the stats of 2019-20, the highest package offered was 9 LPA and average package was 4.3 LPA. Major job profiles were finance, audit, sales, marketing, consultancy, HR operations etc. and 96+ companies were associated including KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Decathlon, UrbanClap, Genpact, Chegg, Wipro, FIS, Teach for India, Josh Talks, Inshorts, Careers 360 and many more. However the percentage of students getting placed is not much greater, because majority of students don't sit in campus placements and go for masters. Generally, BCom graduates are offered with better profiles in big companies (KPMG, EY, Deloitte etc) I am planning to go for MCA after my graduation .

An insight of SGTB Khalsa College

Placement Experience:

3rd-year students are eligible for placements. The highest package of 2020 was of Mc Kinsey with 8lpa and average package of SGTB Khalsa 3 to 4 LPA. The students are mostly places from commerce courses as the big fours come for them. The percentage of students getting placed is 60% and I feel, I might opt for a job after a degree which is suitable as everything is work from home for now.

Hansraj College , - review pros and cons

Placement Experience:

I guess from 5 th semester students are eligible for campus placement and for this, there is a placement cell also being run in the college. Some of the companies that come to our college are Deloitte, ICICI Bank, Josh talks, jio , yamaha , de Shaw, and co. The highest package offered is - 19 LPA The average package offered is - 8 LPA It depends on the course you opt for, but the highest placement is for commerce and economics. ( 70%) I am planning to do MSc after my grad. And then I will pursue research.

Remarks:

My university was amongst top 5 universities for this score.The fees was good and above all the faculty was great. The atmosphere was good and favorable for me. I kind off liked the location which was the reason i loved it.

Placement Experience:

There is no such big placement cell in our college but there are placement of students in different food companies like nestle,dabur etc. And also in different MNC and hospitals ir different fittness and training center based on our specialization.
