The faculty is pretty good and have a lot of experience in teaching.
The placement ratio is pretty good in comparison to DIT , uttranchal University etc in dehradun

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum consists of all the latest technologies needed for jobs in it sector with DSA daa object oriented programming being major part of the course . The curriculum is up to date with the latest trends in it sector and the preparation for placement is done according to it with the teachers majorily focusing on problem solving skills and projects . I think the teaching methods is good there is no problem in that. Exams happens every 1.5 months with the difficulty being medium

Internships Opportunities :

Amazon Google LinkedIn etc gave internship offers after online assessment tests and interview with stipend being above 1 lakh per month. I am in 4th sem currently and have no internship experience and will apply for internship in my 5th sem and give online assessment tests.

Placement Experience :

Mostly students become eligible for campus placements in 7th sem but internships start from 5th sem itself The top recruiters of Graphic Era University in 2023 included Google, Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, KPMG, Deloitte, Ashok Leyland, Asian Paints, etc. The highest package offered during Graphic Era placements 2023 stood at INR 84.88 LPA. Atlassian offered this package to the student of the BTech CSE branch. Average package being around 7.25 lakh. As per the media reports, more than 3,950 students of the batch 2023 have been placed so far in reputed companies. My plans after getting the degree would be to gain experience in the it sector and keep on rising up the corporate ladder

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1,35,455 being the average per sem fees with specialization course fees being 1,60,000 per sem the fee structure keep on increasing every year with hike being specifically in hostel fees jumping 10000 almost every semester With every compulsory charges it reaches upto 3 lakh per semester Scholarship is available for students good in sports, good percentage in Jee or board .

Campus Life :

Accolade ,Jalsa,Graphic fest typically in May etc happens every two months The range and accessibility of books and journals is good but not that satisfactory as you can only issue 6 books for a semester but with permission you issue them or read it in the library only Every classroom has been equipped with a smart tv which is better than whiteboard Sports environment is good with events happening regularly spanning volleybol,football,cricket etc There are many students run clubs in Geu with major being kavyanjali, Nss , paper tech,

Hostel Facilities :

Not a lot of facilities are provided you only have a bathroom a balcony a hanger for clothes and a mirror Meal quality is pretty bad Registration process is pretty smooth but difficult in getting the room you want and with your choice room partner because of large amount of people registration for hostel Apart from some high maintain hostels the hostels of graphic era are affordable

Hostel Fee : INR 120000 per year

Admission :

80 percent in boards and above for admission in computer core branch. Application form can be found in their offices which they have made in many cities or online application fee is 1,500 rupees. Scholarship was given on the basis of board percentage with 90% above getting 20000 rupees off every semester fee Exams happens every 1.5 months and difficult is medium .

Placement is good in BTECH CSE .. As 70 % students are placed in Btech CSE 2024 . From 7 semester students btech are eligible for Placements round and many companies visit our campus like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe.. and the highest package was 52 lpa and average package is 6 lpa .. Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

Placement Experience:

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
