Campus is very beautiful I like the greenary near Central VISTA and Library

Some faculty is overrated here they don't know how to teach
During summer it is very hot here and we don't have AC in our classroom

Course Curriculum Overview :

I think curriculum is little vast for 1st years like we have to study Biology and Environmental like subjects and it takes lot of time to study this subject full theory based, But I can say like faculties of main subject are very well they are really passionate about teaching, Maths faculties are best here ..

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

Many different types of scholarships are there like NSP,NSE,FFE, RELIANCE etc But NIT also provides scholarship based on our Annual income. If annual income is less than 1 lakh you don't have to pay any tuition fees If annual income is between 1 lakh - 5 lakh you have to pay 1/3 of tuition fees. If more than 5 lakh you have to pay full amount. Though you have to pay mess and hostel fees full

Campus Life :

Campus is vast with beautiful greenary it is about 176 acres a decent size. Plants are maintained every single day, you will find workers every where related to this. NIT ap is just 6 7 year old that's why plants and greenary is not well but they are trying there best. Nit AP have 2 main fest valcunzy( cultural fest) and techkriya (technical fest) and many other small events. I think every books are available in library you can issue them for max 15 days, sports in NIT AP is good Football, basketball, tennis everything is there including indoor sports badminton, gym, carrom, TT etc

Hostel Facilities :

In first year you fill find 4 members in a single room 4 individual bed, cupboard, study table and chair. Room size is enough around 22×12 feet. Wifi speed is very bad and sometimes you won't get range also. Mess food is average some meal are good but some are tasteless. Hostel and mess both cost around 25 - 30 k per sem

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

Admission process was very smooth and staff of NIT AP' are very kind they help me a lot during my admission process. It takes me 24 hours to reach here from my home though I live in Mumbai, people were asking why are you not taking college in Mumbai itself but it takes me much time to explain them the value and reputation of NIT in

Always choose for the right option.

Placement Experience:

From 4-1 on wards students will get the eligibility for the campus placements. There are more no. Of companies offerings offers for the students.. Companies like, TCS, infosys, ITC, Microsoft, IBM, etc.., Recently the highest package was 1600000 per annum. The students should maintain atleast 7 CGPA for the placements I've got the placement and im going to job next year onwards

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placements in college if they have good skills and best grades in every semester. The average package in every year will be above 3.5LPA. My elder brothe who studied in this college got a placement of 15LPA. The famous companies offered placements are wipro, infosys, etc.

MY EXPERIENCE IN VIT AP AS A FINAL YEAR STUDENT

Placement Experience:

The campus placements in VIT AP are a thing to debate about. While am not the right person to comment on this as , I am opting for foreign studies. From what i see , its not bad. You might land a job if you actually try. You need good cgpa and good skills to land a job. Highest package last year was 60 lpa only for one female. Average was 7-8 lpa. Least being 4-5 lpa.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Many companies visited our campus including TechM, Cognizent, Infosys, TCS, darwinbox, Ready.io, Renault Nissan, etc. Average package could be around 4 lakhs since most of the companies are service based in search of goats. Mostly 80 to 90% of students will be places. My future plans are personal and i can not disclose my personal information.
