- I Just Like the hostel atmosphere, The Hostel Rooms are very hygienic, you feel like your home
- I Even like the outside surroundings of our campus As this is my home state I'm very comfortable here
Dislikes
- Wifi Speed is from 5 Mbps to 40Mbps which is pretty much low in hostel
- Trees, Since this is new campus we don't find 10 - 20 year old trees which i feel missing
Course Curriculum Overview :
If I need to speak frankly , C.S.E is the course where you can earn higher salaries , this is the reason I chosen this course. The Academics in this college are pretty good , teachers are very friendly , they'll guide you in a right path. When your are seeking for higher salaries u also need to be good in coding skills like Data Structure , Machine Learning etc., When it comes to exam , there'll be four kind of tests in One Semester , Minor 1 , Mid Sem , Minor 2 , End Sem. Two Minors are for 10Marks , Mid Sem for 30 & End Sem for 50 Marks. Importamce of Attendance is as same as other NIT'S & IIT'S you need to maintain minimum 75%.For Qualifying the semester, 17.5 marks in End Sem is Must.
Internships Opportunities :
Amazon , Google much bigger companies offering internships in our College. I'm not aware of stifund but as of seniors said it's decent. As If you are great in internship period you'll recruited directly into the companies
Placement Experience :
From 2nd Semester of 3rd Year , Students are eligible for the campus placements. We'll get companies like Amazon , Google , Cactus , Walmart Global Tech , Skylark Labs etc., Highest Placement of our college is Around 50 Lakhs and average package is around 8 lakhs. Being a New College compared to other NIT'S getting a placement of 50lakhs is pretty much good. It is very much decent because the college has not even entered into NIRF when this placement was recorded. Coming to percentage of placements it is around 97-98% , when it comes to C.S.E students it has gotta 100% placement.There are many other students who are really much talented and got good score in GATE & joined M.Tech. The Highest Gate Rank was AIR 22 from civil engineering department. (They is also a chance of Branch Change in this College after the first year , if your are getting a CGPA of 8.5 & above you are eligible for branch change and after that based on merit they'll selecting the top students on their priority)
Fees and Financial Aid :
The Fee Structure in this College is quite good.Below 5 Lakhs , Below 1 lakh They are different scholarships available like National Scholarship , State Scholarship that you can apply. Further details you can find in JoSAA website. Talking about approximate cost like its 1,00,000 for a normal student per semester including all the hostel fees. If you want to take student loan there is SBI student loan , they'll give you a form in the starting of the college tself. They are different Fee Structures Like Odd Semester & Even Semester, Even Semester fee will be little bit lower than the odd semester. I'm pursuing 1st Year in this college , I'm not much aware of the placements but as of my knowledge the placements in this college are pretty good and this is one of the fastest growing NIT comparatively .
Campus Life :
Talking About Official Events so there is Vulcanzy that is the annual technical & cultural fest of N.I.T Andhra Pradesh. This campus is pretty much beautiful. We have two Academic Complexes, Grounds (Football Ground , Cricket Ground) , Administration Blocks , We Have library U find many kinds of books there it's really gonna be fun. One of the craziest thing is we have 1.7Kms of straight road strip , all the buildings are side by side. There are canteen, food courts etc.,
Hostel Facilities :
When it comes to Hostel Life , my hostel life is awesome , For a First Year Stutent they'll offer a 4 Seater Room , For Second Year we'll getting 2 seater room (The More People The More Fun You'll Have).In the room , we have a cot , Wardrobe , Bed Light , Individual Study Light , Fans one thing is that we just can't keep A.C , Talking about someother student Hacks like kettles and all are illegal everywhere but everyone uses it. Being a student it's very much important to stay fit so there are various facilities like Grounds , Badminton & Volley Ball courts , Gym etc., Gym is one of the best thing u can take advantage of. Regarding Food & Mess Facilities, since this is a National College you won't be having any problem if you are from any part of the country. Anywhere Mess food can't be as same as Home Food , but it's better than many colleges. You can go to canteen which is a little bit expensive, If you are a bit lazy don't worry swiggy & zomato are there for us.
Admission :
The Eligibility Criteria for admission in N.I.T A.P is , you have to have a valid score in Jee Main, and then participate in the JoSAA counseling process. For the sake of application forms , fees , dates any other things you need to refer the website of our College www.nitandhra.ac.in . When it comes to reservations , ofcourse there are benifits for the reservations such as OBC-NCL , SC , ST , EWS , PWD etc . Exams are frequently held with a gap of One Month , We have four exams for a Semester , They are Minor - 1 , Mid Sem , Minor - 2 , End Sem. Exams are of Moderate level , Nothing Much Worried. Use your free time for improving your skills. I think the admission process was pretty good nothing much to change.
