Course Curriculum Overview :
The main reason for me to apply to PGDM programme was that the curriculum is updated annually to meet industry requirement. Moreover, there is case-based learning and has faculty with PhDs and also visiting faculty possess decades of industry experience. The programme spans two years with six terms. Each lasting three months. After completing 3 terms in the first year, students participate in Summer Internship to apply academic knowledge in real world setting.

Campus Life :
Overall experience of campus life is quite good. Peers come from diverse background and there is good learning while studying with them. There are number of events orgranised by Cultural Club as well as other clubs including Marketing club, Sports club, Finance club, Operations club, etc. IMI New Delhi has very good library and Bloomberg Lab for the students. Only con is that IMI New Delhi has very small campus which restricts students to enjoy various events at bigger scale.
Admission :
The admissions process for IMI New Delhi for the class of 2024 included only a Personal Interview round, followed by an Extempore topic. IMI New Delhi accepts both CAT as well as XAT score with cutoffs typically ranging between 85%ile to 95%ile. To apply you need to first fill out the admissions form from the official website of the college. The form generally opens in September before the CAT exam for cycle 1, and usually opens again in January just after the CAT results for cycle 2. Fees for the admission form for IMI New Delhi's PGDM programme is typically around 2600.
Interview Experience :
The admission process for IMI New Delhi consisted of Personal Interview as well as Extempore. PI questions consists of Introduction, Short term and Long term goals, Work Experience questions, General Knowledge and current affairs questions, questions relating to graduation field, etc. My extempore topic was "What are the major challenges faced by Indian Businesses in current economy?".
