  • The fee structure is high when compared to other colleges in the same tier.
  • The campus size is small and hostel accomodation is not provided for every student

Course Curriculum Overview :

Of the three courses the college offered—PGDM Core, PGDM BFS, and PGDM HR—I chose to take PGDM Core. My desire to investigate other fields before selecting a specialization led me to make this choice. The college's highly qualified faculty members have degrees from prestigious universities in both India and beyond, and they each offer a plethora of information to the classroom. A large number of the instructors have worked in the field, so they can provide students with insightful knowledge gleaned from real-world experiences. Case studies are the mainstay of the teaching style, offering a pragmatic and real-world perspective on the topics. The college has about 50 faculty members, which allows for a favourable student-to-teacher ratio. There are six terms in the academic year, each lasting three months.

Internships Opportunities :

More than 100 firms, including Adani Realty, Piramal, GEP, BMW, Gartner come to the campus for Summer Internship placements. The roles offered by these distinguished organisations range from product management, sales and marketing to consultancy. The highest stipend for the 2022–24 batch was Rs 280000, while the average was Rs 74800.

Placement Experience :

The placements are fairly good; the maximum compensation for the 2021–2023 cohort was Rs 50 lakhs, while the average package was Rs 17.01 lakhs. Participating actively are more than 100 companies that cover final placements as well as summer internships (SIPs). Reputable organizations provide a wide range of opportunities, including Praxis Global Alliance, Piramal, Shell, and Homecentre to name a few.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

At an all-inclusive cost of Rs 19,00,000 for the duration of the course, the college's fees are somewhat more than those of other colleges in the same category. If available, hostel accommodations cost an extra approximately Rs 3,00,000 a year. Thus, the entire expense may come to between 25 and 26 lakhs. In spite of this, the college offers fee waivers to a small number of students—roughly 15 to 20 out of a class of more over 400—who meet certain requirements.

Campus Life :

Despite the small site and lack of dormitory accommodations for the entire class, the facilities are excellent and all students have access to them. The numerous clubs, committees, and organizations organize annual events. Through events like as Coventus, TedX, and the CHRO conclave(Vimarsh), students are regularly involved in a wide range of activities that suit different interests. Every year in February, many student organisations organise the Kritva management fest, which attracts participation from college students nationwide in the form of multiple competitions.

Admission :

I had appeared for the CAT exam which was conducted in 2021. Prior to applying for the college, I had checked the previous years CAT percentile cutoff for IMI New Delhi and had filled out the application form after getting my CAT score. The college looks mostly at CAT and XAT scores. In addition to academic achievements, applicants must fill out a detailed application form that explores many facets of their background.Interview candidates are chosen based on an assessment of their entire profile. The interview lasts for 20-30 minutes. Currently, the application fee is Rs2200+18%GST. The admissions process is merit-based. Throughout the application process, candidates can always get in touch with the admissions committee regarding any queries.

Interview Experience :

There is no Group Discussion (GD) round in the college's admissions procedure. Rather, students are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) phase, which typically takes twenty to thirty minutes. During the interview, the candidate's background, passions, and level of current events awareness are the main points of interest. It covers a wide range of subjects pertaining to the candidate's interests and the state of the world. Typically, candidates are given a topic related to current events for the extempore portion. As a result, in order to prepare for the interview, one should have a thorough awareness of global current affairs.

Placement Experience:

Placement of the colleges is very nice after the internship gap after that we have semester 3 and while we are in semester 3 the companies start approaching us domain wise so if one is into marketing they will have so many options and is there into operations we have very few companies so it's a thing in the college but if you are someone who isn't place the college will take care all though they provide enough companies like in internship in my batch we had around 40 companies and I feel like in the placement they also help a lot

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a MBA student. I wanted to do it for my own father's company. But I've faced a lot of issues in my 1 sem. Also i would like to tell about the teacher of QT because of her i got a back in my exams. Improvements are surely required because most of the students fail in QT. I've asked from my seniors too there is no management for this subject. Also the exam level was high because we didn't knew what even the syllabus was

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for final placements in third semester and summer placements in the first semester itself. We have many big names here in the campus JP Morgan Chase and Co, Morgan Stanley, AON, ICICI Bank, Atomberg, Hindalco, Deloitte, KPIT, Samsung, etc. Almost all the students get placed here. I'd the percentage is above 90. The highest placement offered was 26LAC+ and the average stood at 14lacs. I am currently intern at a company via the college placements and am working towards getting a PPO. If I get one, I plan on staying in the same company.

Placement Experience:

College offers its students placements which makes them give a loud shout-out. Although the placement process is hair-raising, the results are out of the league when compared to the rest of B-schools. Please check the placement report in detail from our website, because my words won't be able to do justice to the results we have.

Remarks:

My experience with the USMS IPU institute was pretty exceptional. I would definitely recommend this institute for whosoever is looking to pursue a master's degree in the region. Admissions are on the basis of the entrance exam organized by the university, itself. Infrastructure is world-class and everyone is pretty supportive here.
