Course Curriculum Overview :

Course and curriculum is good. Faculty members are very helpful and kind. 2 exams are conducted per semester one of twenty marks other one of hundred marks. Faculties members are highly qualified and teach in an efficient way.

Class Size : 90Course Fees : INR 225000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Cognizant, Wipro , Microsoft, Amazon and many companies visit our colleges with lot of opportunities. And internship is also good it is very helpful. Since we are in the 1st year so we have less idea about major projects.

Placement Experience :

From 3rd year students are eligible for placement. Many well known companies visit our college. The highest package is 10 lakhs per annum. Almost 90% students get proper placement. My plans after getting the degree is to get placement in a good company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For each semester one lakh twelve thousand and five hundred rupees is charged. We have to pay the required amount before each semester. We have even applied for scholarship and the procedure is completed so we are likely to get some consession in fees

Campus Life :

Annual fest is conducted in month of March and tech fest in the month of April. There is a lot of opportunities for sports and extracurricular activities in the campus. There are also many social groups and clubs run by the students

Hostel Facilities :

There are four seater rooms in girls hostel. Food is okay times not too good not too bad. We have to pay hostel fees semester wise . The fees is 45000 per semester and for me it is affordable. So hostel is good.

Hostel Fee : INR 90000 per year

Admission :

By jee mains score I got admitted in the college in computer science engineering course with Artificial Intelligence specialization and as my rank in jee mains was good enough so l got direct admission in college

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Placement Experience:

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
