Course Curriculum Overview :
Since, I completed my graduation I had a keen interest in the Human Resources function. Thus I applied for colleges who is recognized for their Human Resources specialization. We have a class of 90 students in HR, 85 in marketing & 50 in finance approximately. We have both in-house faculty and visiting faculty. We have multiple subjects which are taken care by 2 faculty combinely. Some of the qualification of our teachers would be CFA, CA, SHRM, MDHEA, LLB, MMS,etc. We have classes in the traditional format, lab based and even workshop mode. We have a semester of nearly 5-6 months each and after 2 months from the starting of the sem we have our mid-term exam and then finals. In between we have regular class evaluations and assignments marks based. If a person religiously pay attention and do what is required then it is not that difficult to clear the exam.
Internships Opportunities :
I am sorry but I am not suppose to disclose the details. But talking the internship roles which we are offered which we are offered are IT roles, various verticals in the hr domain, sales and marketing job roles, in finance we have we have roles like insurance, stocks, etc.
Placement Experience :
The college provide us with both the summer placements and final placements. Here, we have recruiters from legacy companies like ITC, HUL, Col-PAL, etc as well as the well to domstartup comapnies. As here we have 5 programs on the campus namely MBA in HR, MKT, FINANCE, BA & IDM. The offers varied for each specialization. I want to lead an empowering corporate life after passing out form here. The campus is priviledged to have a 100% placements.
Fees and Financial Aid :
As far as I am aware there is no such defined fees hike policy but hike depends on the placement report i guess. I am pursuing MBA in Human Resources form the batch 2023-25 and it cost me around 24 lacs for the entire period which included mess charges, hostel fees and other charges for amenities. Here at SCMHRD, several professional certificate assistance are provided in the form of scholarship for CFA and provision for SHRM also. As of now, I have not availed any of the financial assistance. I have been placed in Ather Energy for my summer internship but as i have not received my offer letter so the stipend amount is not known to me yet.

The annual fest of SCMHRD is NEEV, which is a 3-days long festival. In that fest, we have to playa nd participate in multiple games, followed by fashion show and DJ night. It is conducted in Feb mostly. Apart from the annual fest, the occasions celebration is taken care by Cultural committee of the college. We have a library and computer labs which are free accessible to all during the working hours. The meal is decent here where we have multiole options for breakfast and 4 days a week we are served with non-veg food but only during dinner times. We don't have any seperate process for hostel as the fees includes the mess and the hostel charges and as this is the residential programme it is mandatory to stay in hostels. Interview Experience :
Yes, i did face all the above during my admission process. I had Group exercise, written ability test & personal interview during the process. The GE topics was on current affair which was the Global layoffs of the giants companies. My interview questions were entirely driven by my resume and at the end they asked me some Current affairs. Talking about WAT, I was given some random and abstract images from which i had to make stories. The person who has cleared his Snap entrance test is then evaluated on the basis of the percentile scored and if he/she clears the threshold percentile criteria then they are shortlisted for the process. I partially prepared with the help of GD-PI course of C2C mentors and rest of my own through youtube videos.
