Remarks :

The hostel has strict rules and regulation. The are many cultural events and festivals are conducted in the college .college rules are very strict .in overall the college experience is satisfactory.

Entrance Preview :

i was joined this college through my JEE MAINS background.but still there are so many types of entries to the college.no,college is not having interview likw things.i like computer science so i have taken this as my studying course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum has been revised to the CBCS form with credit based system and it's beautiful. It's one of the best features of the university. there is a good focus on practical learning in the curriculum.research initiations are also well at the colege.

Internships Opportunities :

There is some internship programs available for the students at Hindustan University. The faculty will also help us in getting the internship . we got internships from Hyundai, Mahindra, Nissan etc.

Placement Experience :

placement scenario is not well.the campus shows all students are placed.but in that some are not getting call letters. Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Volvo and Ford etc, are the main companies visiting our campus.avg package is around 4 lakh per annum.

College Events :

we are all excellent in doing the college events.in through out the year we will celebrate the events .they are conducted in a large scale.each branch celebrates it's own technical fests in additional to it.college authorities contribution is good at college events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee is amount is around 1 lakh per month which is a high amount for this college.the college will always give fines to the students in addition to this.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

nearly 20 percent of students are getting scholarships in each branch.for getting loan the college will give the student details to the bank by that it will help to the students.

Campus Life :

we all are well active in doing extracurriculars .students are actively participate in clubs.students will celebrate all cultural festivals in the campus.we will get a good number of opportunities for exploring our inner talent.college is providing better facilities for the students.

Hostel Facilities :

yes , i'm residing in the hostel.we all having only sharing rooms.PG students are also there in the hostels.the food is not well in the hostels.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is good.the students and alumni and some staff are are connected in facebook groups.they will a good support to the students.

Exam Structure :

here they will conduct exams are regularly conducted throughout the year which feels everyone to bore and at the end of the exam we get tired a lot.

Faculty :

in the college some staff members are really good and talented. But some staff members didn't even know well about the subjects. Some staff members are cruel. They don't hesitate even to decrease the internal marks and attendance even the students are up to the mark.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
