Remarks :

The ratio of student vs teachers is 50:1 in the batch not more than that . The ratio between girls and boys in the class is - 40:35 approximately . Mostly this college undertakes girls as their major preference as they want girls to go further in their life and make a good carrer.

Entrance Preview :

Yes , entrance exam is conducted by the college and there is an interview round also conducted by the college . In the interview round they ask you about your educational background , your work experience , your interests and hobbies .

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes there is a practical approach and practical learning in the college . Research projects are taken up in the 1st trimester only .Startup activities are organised by the college itself for students to take intiatives to work upon their projects .

Internships Opportunities :

Yes , college do provide with winter internship but there is no affiliation to summer internship from college . If the student wants to have a summer internship he / she should apply for the same on their own .

Placement Experience :

Talking about the placement scenario it is above average . MB students get an average package of about 3 lakh per annum and talking about he PGDM average package it goes upto 5 lakh per annum . The major companies that visit the campus are -- make my holiday , make my trip .

College Events :

Yes , college has various events organised in the college . DBS premie league is the football league in which there is a competition between various colleges i.e inter college .

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is nominal and affordable for all students . For students of PGDM + global the overall fees is within 6 lakh . For students of PGDM + SAP the overall fees is within 5 lakh . For PGDM global there is a foreign trip included in their ppackage .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes , college do provide with scolarship and loann facility . I havent applied for any loan .

Campus Life :

DBS premie league is the football league in which there is a competition between various colleges i.e inter college . There is badminton tournament also organised by the college . Ample amount of opportunities are their to explore your inner talent .

Hostel Facilities :

Yes , hostel facility is provided by the college in college itself both for boys as well as for girls . There are 3 hostel for girls and 1 hostel for boys in the campus . Two seater , three seater and four seater sharing rooms are there in the hostel . Their is food variety as per the season .

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is average in the college . There is a interaction session held by senior students to interact with juniors to get them well and comfortable in the college . College do provide with student - alumni interaction session .

Exam Structure :

There is not much hectic schedule for exams . We dont feel tired giving exams on a frequent basis . The atmosphere of the college for exams are chill . There is a frequent interactive sessions organised by the college and teachers are way to helpful .

Faculty :

Yes, the faculty are ver much experienced . Some faculty have a cut through knowledge of about 8-10 years in the same field. Teachers and students interaction is there . The standard of teaching is above average .

in term of overall the college is good in studies placements and after that the college have the various rules and regulation apart from the studies in the colleges to follow-up such rules in the college so this is one of the demerit in the college.

Entrance Preview:

I took UPES's own management entrance test "UPES-MET". They dont disclose the scores, only the results. I qualified the written test and then was called for GD/PI which was held in New Delhi. I chose MBA in Business Analytics, after thorough research.

Admission:

I had subscribed to their news letter a year ago, so I got the notifications easily on the mail. It s the easiest way I think, rather than going to the website and checking again and again. I filled up the form online and made the payment online too. Administration was helpful during the process. They have a toll free number for admissions itself. After this I appeared for their entrance test and cleared it.
