Teachers were good cooperative also. They know about their field.
Ample of free time also. Syllabus was not vast.

Campus was not so big so one easily get bored.

Course Curriculum Overview :

So I am always interested in computers that's why choose BCA. Teachers were good student to faculty ratio was about 1 Professor on 20 students. The faculty was well qualified PhD's generally. The exams were not so difficult and they were on time.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 47000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Generally internships were not happen in college well I saw a company this year giving opportunity to 5th sem students and their monthly stipend was 20000 rupees. Don't know how students selected as I am in 1st year.

Placement Experience :

5 semester students becomes eligible for placement. Don't know about highest package but know about average package it's 2.5 lakhs. Generally there was a bulk hiring. Almost 50% students get placed. My plans after this degree is to get a job in IT sector.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship are given to students who need financial assistance and have good marks not to everyone. I don't know about fees hike policy. Campus provide some placement opportunities like TCS, INFOSYS come to campus generally. Some other service based companies also visit.

Campus Life :

Until now college has organised IT fest in which BCA and BSC students took part. They also give prizes. Books could be issued by Library don't know about journals. Classrooms are average. Sports like cricket encouraged in college. Technominds, Pixels club and many more are there where you can enroll

Admission :

So there was no entrance exam admission is on cutoff basis priority was given to sc/st students and also those students who belong to the UT i.e. Chandigarh. Admission was done by Department of Higher education Chandigarh. First 2 councelling was done by them. 3rd councelling was done by college itself. I got admission in third councelling by visiting college. That's my experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching method ppt and Google When I talk about exams and MST Then 2 University conducted 2 MSTS 1SMST CONDUCTED AFTER 1 MONTH AND 2ND MST AFTER 3 MONTHS THEN FINAL EXAM AND I AM CHOOSE THE BCA BECAUSE I HAVE KNOWLEDGE THE COURSE AMD LANGUAGES

Courses curriculum was good but some subject was really old but its from panjab University im not going to blame dav for this and mainly they taught every basis things but i think they need to add more latest technology subject in courses

Chandigarh University,shall we choose it , honest review

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but for that, we have to pay for a course called TPP the students who buy that are able to sit in campus placement if they haven't paid for TPP. You will not get in-campus placement. so keeping in mind the above things I think only 20-40 % of students get placement rest do not.

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem student are eligible for placement drives,till now I am in 5 th sem many company visited some of those are wonder cement and posist,I not exactly know the package offered but average should be 3 to 4lpa, 50 to 70 percei student got placed in campus, getting the job is my plan .
