Course Curriculum Overview
Since I had to enter software and IT field I chose BCA. The faculty student ratio is good Almost all of the faculty members are P.hd holders and have been teaching for more than 10 years Exams are conducted timely
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no such random fees hike I have seen SMVP a state run scholarship programme is provided through the university to the native students of the state, which aims to fund the students with upto 60k INR annually with continuation allowed for further year.
Campus Life
Industrial tech team visits the campus for enhancement of the skills of the students which is conducted in the summer time. The library is well maintained air conditioned allowing students to go through variety of books and journals and also felicitates with PC's for students sake of convenience
Admission
The admission process was quite easy as per the GMR(general merit rank) you are given the option to choose the courses of B.tech including BCA. There is only one entrance paper for both B.tech and BCA. You need to appear in for the entrance exam named as AUAT. The cut-off for the courses varies year wise taking average around 45 marks out of 100.
